Shaggy Waggle Pet Grooming

First time having my dog groomed here and they did a fantastic job on her, she was overgrown and hates having her paws touched yet she came out beautiful!

My China has never looked so good. She is a Shitzu and has that funny looking wild hair and they gave her the cutest cut and she loved it there.

I like that you can see the dogs being groomed when you walk in. The staff seems kind to the dogs. They can also get your dog in quickly. Sometimes the same day.

My shih zhu's love Shaggy Waggle! It's really easy to set an appointment with them. Every time I call they get my dogs in the next day. Normally I drop them off around 10am-11am. And normally they are waiting on me around 3-4pm because they are quick to take care of the dogs in their care. Very professional groomers and super nice ladies. The prices are very reasonable and cheaper then any other groomer here in Tulsa so I always try to leave them a tip. They have a nice clean work space and my dogs always come out looking and smelling great. I will be using them for as long as they are in business (Which I hope is LONG TIME lol) and I constantly recommend them to anyone I know that needs to take their fur baby to a groomer. I called them for the first time and they told me to bring my big dog in right away. The place is full of nice women who definitely give the vibe that they really like animals. The place is big and they have many employees, which allows them to take more people. The price was less than quoted on the phone and cheaper than most. When I picked my dog up, he was happy and smelled better than me. This is where I will definitely be going from now on. I have all good feels about the experience.

Very unprofessional. I've seen multiple people have the same problem I have, with their time management not being good. I have also seen multiple POC complain how rude they were to them, probably due to broken English.

I could get over the lady (owner?) not being very friendly. No smiles or warmth at all. I chalked it up to not everyone is very friendly or nice even if they own a business. However, when a dog groomer doesn't seem to enjoy the dogs... that seems like red flag #1. My yorkie desperately needed a haircut so I still dropped her off. She didn't even give me time to tell my dog goodbye even though this was our first time here. My dog can get anxious in new places and new people, and that was really disturbing to see lack of compassion. Red flag #2. One plus was my dog was bathed, nails trimmed, and hair cut in about 2 hours. So that was convenient. The ONLY good thing in this experience. However, the haircut made me cry because I know my dog was hurt. I didn't mind that it was shorter than I wanted. I didn't care about that. She honestly needed it with the summer heat. The unevenness and SHAVED down to her skin in some areas was really what bothered me. She was nicked all over. On top of that, she said she cut her nails (when I explicitly stated on the phone and in person she just had her nails cut at the vet the day before so that wasn't necessary), and she made them bleed. Red flags #3-4. I was excited because the reviews before were decent (more so 50/50 good and bad) and it's close by my house. If it weren't for the nicks, bleeding nails, and lack of compassion, I could look past the unevenness and bad haircut. But this hurt my dog and traumatized her. After this experience, I will not recommend to anyone, nor will I be taking my dog back here to be tortured. Very disappointed.

Took my dog there last week. They shaved my dog but never gave her a bath. Very disappointed and she came home with fleas. The place was dirty too!We use this groomers years ago so don't know what changed.

The blonde lady who runs this place is the most horrible, evil, rudest person who I've ever tried to do business with in my LIFE!!! My Shih Tzu had an appointment yesterday at 2pm. They called me at 1:30pm and asked me to reschedule for the following day so that they could close early. I agreed and they reset her for 2pm today. When I dropped her off at my rescheduled appointment time, the blonde lady said they were extremely busy and it would be later before they could get to her. I explained that it was not a walk-in and that I actually had an appointment that was rescheduled by them the previous day and that she should be priority over the walk-Ins and today's appointments because her appointment was yesterday. She repeated herself and said they were busy in a very rude manor, again I kindly explained the situation and left. At 5:30pm I still haven't heard from them so I called. The lady advised me that they were busy with their walk-ins and that it's 1st come 1st serve so she was going to do my dog last. I told her that wasn't acceptable...my dog's appointment was yesterday and THEY rescheduled for today, not me! She told me if I didn't like it I could come get my dog so I chose to do that and take her somewhere else. My dog sat there scared, in a dog kennel around strangers for 5 hours for absolutely nothing!I drove up there and when I asked for my dog back the blonde lady lied her a** off! First she denied I had an appointment the previous day...meanwhile her coworker validated that she personally called me to reschedule it, then the blonde lady said she didn't know about the appointment when I told her myself SEVERAL times. I told her that I was going to leave a bad review...she laughed and said doesn't matter because she gets plenty of business so I advised her that she was a horrible person, who does horrible business with people, karma would get her and that she'd have to answer to God someday!

They shaved my dog and he came home with a bunch of cuts. They are very friendly people but don't seem to know what they are doing. Knowing he is a male they put two little bows to make it seem like he had pigtails. I use to like this place but i would much rather take my baby else where now. Dont recommend this place.
