Unfortunately, this is one of those dishonest car dealerships that gives others a bad name. One example of their many mistruths is that they advertised a vehicle online that we called about and texted about several times yesterday - with two separate employees - one calling herself a manager. We were told the vehicle was available and were given a bottom dollar price by Ron Ake $36999. Another person named Erica sent us all the information and the Carfax on the vehicle and an address on how to get to the dealership. We took off work early to take the trip to buy the vehicle - a one and a half hour drive to Perry. They all knew we were coming from a distance. When we arrived, Ron told us the vehicle we had discussed at length wasn't there but they had another similar vehicle - it was priced about $9,000 more. We did take the time to test drive the other one as Ron said he could get the price down like the one we wanted. After the drive, the "sales manager" came out and said he would take $1000 off the price for our troubles, which amounted to $8000 more than what they quoted to us on the vehicle we came to buy. Many other mistruths but suffice it to say, I would avoid this dealership. Dishonest. Shameful.

I wish I could rate them a 0 star. I have had the worst experience with this dealer and the previous company they bought out Vance GMC. I think its important for other people to understand then entire situation and lack of accountability they take and the blame game that is played that leaves the customer at the short end of the stick. This started in December 2021. At the time the dealership was Vance GMC, I had been calling dealerships across the united states specifically looking for a 3500 Sierra Dually. I called over 50 dealerships looking for this specific truck but no dealership had it in stock. I then called Vance GMC and explained everything I was looking for down to the color of the truck. I even explained what the truck was going to be used for. Guy Taylor the salesperson advised they didnt have one in stock but they had one on order that would get in by the end of January. .They rushed me to purchase the truck before the end of the month (obviously for sales numbers) but since i already had my own financing, i went ahead and rushed to purchase this truck on faith that what I asked for was what was being purchased. Boy was I wrong....I recieved 0 updates on the status of my truck for 5 months unless i went on a wild goose chase to try and get information... between vance and seth wadley...i have been hung up on my a GM, I have been lied to, I have had the dealership be sold and no one know what was going on 4 times and had to start from scratch multiple times telling them the situation to even try and find where my truck was at. Not only did my truck not come in until May... but they processed all of my financing when the truck was purchase so i started having to make truck payments starting in Feb... i paid 4 months of payments before i even saw the truck, but i had to continue to keep my previous truck i had planned to sell that this truck was replacing because I couldn't be without a truck and had to continue to make those truck payments also.Then May comes along and I arrive to pick up my truck and it is not what i asked for... its missing a bunch of features that i asked for that couldnt be added back in, and features like a gooseneck connection that could be added on after the fact. Instead of making right what they could with the gooseneck connection, they blamed me as the customer because they "sent me a build sheet" because apparently the customer not the salesperson should be the expert on the GMC build sheets, they blamed Vance and told me to chase Vance down since they sold the truck instead of taking ownership of the fact that they inherted me as a customer when they bought the dealership and personally reach out to vance... this story goes on and on and on...they thought let me offer to buy the truck back at 3k over what i paid would buy me off but why would i sell it for that when its worth 15-20K over what i bought it for... that is also insulting and then would leave my business with no truck at all... If you are looking for a dealership with integrity, dont buy from Seth Wadley or Vance dealerships...I bought my 2020 GMC from Ferguson GMC in Norman OK... they are not far from these dealers and when there was a mistake on the sunroof at this dealer we had it corrected on less than 1 hour and they even gave us a discount on buying the truck with the sunroof.... i would recommend staying as far away from the other 2 dealers....FYI the GM at Seth Wadley just didnt call my husband back to help him when he tried to go to Vance the next day to find a resolution... the GM from Vance was the one who hangs up on customers and refused to help, and though i removed my previous review because Mrs. Vance called me to apologize for her GM hanging up on me, i tried calling her to tell her what was happening now that my truck finally arrived missing features, i did not get a call back.AVOID THESE DEALERSHIPS

If 0 stars was an option, they would have got it. I emailed back and forth with a salesman, Mitchell, for two weeks. I live over 200 miles away, so I emailed him the links of specific vehicles I wanted to look at. We set a time and I got down to Perry late and got a hotel, telling him I would be there when they opened at 8. When I arrived, he did not have any of the vehicles we had discussed on the lot. They were at different locations or another person was booked to see them. Before being told that, however, he tried to upsell me and he tried to show me vehicles that were not what I wanted. While we waited, they called all dealers to a room and left us sitting while they had a little pep rally meeting. It was a complete waste of time and horrible customer services. I researched what I wanted, searched their website for the models and features I wanted, and drove a long way for nothing. Waste of time and gas.

I can't speak highly enough for the entire Seth Wadley Chevrolet GMC of Perry Team. Daryl took my call regarding availability as the store was closing and then connected me with Guy who had a better hands on regarding the vehicle. What made this an unbelievable experience was that Guy took the phone call on his day off and then met us at the dealership the following day which was also his day off. Unbelievable!!! The rest of the sales experience was just as impressive including Shane in Service, Guy's boss (Sales Manager) who asked what our financing plans were and accepted our response that our financing had already been taken care of. Finally, Aaron handled the final closing of the purchase agreement and again accepted our payment choice without any hard sell for dealership financing or Lease purchase. Start to finish the process was seamless and we appreciated the respect we were treated with.

I sold my 2013 Honda Ridgeline to them in June as I was moving back to Canada. Even though I left a few days later for Canada, they have been instrumental in keeping contact with me throughout the entire sale process! They worked closely with me and the bank my truck was financed through to get the Lean Release, have been great in staying in contact and keeping me updated! I can't thank the entire team enough! To Andrew the salesman whose too humble... Andrew you're WAY MORE than just a salesman, you're a great person through and through and made sure I was taken care of and returned my calls. To the manager Neal in making sure I was well taken care of and Tandi, who made sure that my check got to me all the way up here in Canada.
