It's a rare occasion we are out for brunch and since we're out of towners, we decided to pop in to see what this place was all about. Sure glad we did! First we were sat right away! The place we tried to go for breakfast right before this place told us we had to wait 30-50 minutes. Not only were we greeted by friendly waitstaff, they gave wonderful recommendations. Without much hesitation, we ordered the botanas and hangover hash. Boy they both were delicious and beautifully plated. Needless to say we finished quickly and were back on the road in a jiffy. We'll definitely stop by the next time we drive in this area!

My husband and I went to dinner last night at Scratch for date night around 8:00pm. We waited 10 minutes for a table and then were seated in a corner booth. We waited for 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table to at least bring water and take our drink order. As many servers and wait staff scurried past our table, we attempted several times to get their attention but no one never acknowledged us. We ended up leaving.

Great food & excellent service! Sat at the bar quickly & had a really great cocktail, Dark Fantasy. Burger was good, but I forgot that--out West--well-done is the norm. Still: tasty with crispy shoestring fries. Nice chill ambiance, too.

Since our son lives in Norman, we asked him where to go for brunch, we are glad we did. The hostess said it would be a 45 minute wait, we didn't have to wait that long. I'm sorry I don't remember our server's name (she's from England), but she did an outstanding job. We started off with drinks, black coffee, 2 flatliners and a mimosa. They were soooo good. For an appetizer we got the basket of biscuits with house made jams. So soft and buttery. My mother in law had a short stack with eggs and bacon, my husband had the french toast with banana caramel sauce, our son had the breakfast tacos and I had the country fried steak and eggs with their house made ketchup(so tasty). We will definitely be back to try some of their other entrees.

I don't know if I'll go back. We really wanted to try the pickles but they were out. That would be a reason to return at least once. We went for dinner service. We sat at a high top near the bar . It was a decent enough atmosphere but nothing exciting. Our server was very nice. I was not impressed with the items I ordered. It's almost like the kitchen doesn't taste what they're sending out. Maybe my expectations were too high for a place named Scratch? The ranch was good! That's where the positive experience halted with the food. The bean and corn salsa seemed like cans dumped into spongy diced tomatoes with zero seasoning. The fried tomatoes themselves were also not seasoned? My entree, the creole seafood pasta was odd. The pasta was fresh but overcooked and just seconds from being mush. Both the shrimp and crawfish were tasteless. The sauce had a hint of spice but that's it. Again there seemed to be no additional seasoning but garlic that I think may have come from the bread?It was a completely joyless meal. There was no love coming from the kitchen.

Service was great! Drinks were good. Hawaiian rolls appetizer were boarder-line burnt Got the Hawaiian burger was soggy and not good fries were cold. Also ordered the seafood pasta it was watery and 0 flavor. Will not come back

First time visiting Scratch. Over all experience was fair. Little bummed out as a few items we tried to order they were out of. The food made up for it though. Appreciate the gluten free options and will give another shot.

There is street parking around the restaurant but depending on what is going on it might be a bit of trek. The entry is small but cute. It has a fun vibe inside. We did have a reservation and so we were seated quickly for our party of 4. The server was attentive throughout our meal with refills and drink orders. Everyone enjoyed their food, presentation was good. I had the steak with truffle fries and Brussel sprouts. The flavor was excellent for the Brussel sprouts. The truffle fries flavor was more subtle. The steak was cooked perfectly. We tried several seasonal drinks and I kept to the gin selection of the aviation and slip and slide. The aviation was excellent but the slip and slide had too much of a cucumber flavor for me. We were too full for desserts. My only critique was that it got super hot at one moment (at first I wasn't sure if it was a hot flash but it wasn't just me- thank goodness) but it eventually cooled back down.
