They do not call you back. When you're there, they're rude. The cost was higher than the quality of the work. Also, he has political signs outside his business - not something I feel like seeing when I'm just trying to get a car service.

This business does excellent work. They are non-pretentious, straightforward and go out of their way to please the customer. I was treated fairly and the work was very satisfactory. I would use again in a heartbeat.

I had to have the headliner repaired in my Town & Country. Normally, I'm the DIY kind of gal but that's too big a job for me and too time consuming with 3 youngins, (two under the age of 3). Scott was able to schedule me an appointment within two days. I was able to drop it off at 8 a.m. and pick it up before 5 p.m. the same day. Just before my trip out of town. Looks brand new. The fumes were a little strong at first, but the weather was nice enough to ride with the windows down to air the van out. He's been in this business for 35+ years and knows his stuff. It shows in the quality of his work. Give him a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Scott does amazing work in a industry that is quickly fading away due to our throw away culture. He repaired the leather seats in my 2001 Mazda Miata. The leather he chose to replace the torn seat panels was a perfect match both in color and in grain style. He also beefed up the foam so that the slump in the bottom was completely firm. I later sold my Miata and got more than I paid originally for it I believe because of the quality work from Scott's Auto Trim.

I have used Scott for over 20 years for various cars and RV upholstery issues and he always comes through great at a fair price! I Just used Scott and his company on a boat I purchased, which had multiple colors, designs, textures and sliding bench mechanism. He had to rebuild and re-cushion several pieces. My wife and I couldn't have been happier! It turned out great and looks like a new boat! All screw holes and hardware fit back into place even after all wood had been replaced, which made my job installing easier! Thanks Scott for all your help over the years and for future projects! Thank YouTodd and Cassie

I made an appoint several weeks in advance because I live 80 miles away. They were replacing a headliner & I had the old one out & all the trim off. They were done before 4 PM, but didn't finish. I had to take out the back seats to put the trim on. One of the sails came off the next day & there was trash left in the back seat. I would have gladly paid more money to get it done right. If you can't do the job, don't make the appointment & waist my time.

An air deodorizer tipped over in my backseat stained my black leather a spot the size of my thumb. Went to Scott's business and he told me he would dye it out and color match by "eye balling" it. Should've been my first warning but trusted someone in business 30+ years. Quoted $125 and bargained down to $100. Dropped off seat had minor trouble getting out of car and while he carried seat in to shop he dragged the ground slightly on one occurrence. Second warning. Handed seat to him at 4pm was told would be ready to pick up in morning. Calls me at 12 next day I go pick it up and pay while I'm paying the end of the seat and area worked on has slight covering of dirt no big deal seemed unprofessional to me there would be any dirt whatsoever. Third warning. Go to reinstall seat and that's when he reveals the truth to me that he replaced 2 panels of leather because the dye would've stained the grey stitching. A courtesy call that what we agreed upon was not able to take place should've been just normal customer service for someone in business 30+ years. Then he really struggles putting seat back in and breaks one seat clip with a flat head. While doing so I look closely at the new panels and the grain on the panels slightly varies from stock. Only the owner of the car would be able to tell. Stitching same. The man only tried to reinstall seat for total of 5min and told me that he would advise me to go to a Buick dealership and have them order me a new clip. Flabbergasted I realized I didn't want this guy to have anything to do with my interior anymore. I mentioned that I will try and and get seat to clip myself and he told me "whatever." Unfortunately the conversation ended on that note and I would recommend this business as a last resort or quick fix. Thankfully the stain is gone. But I cannot leave a good review due to his high unprofessionalism also I left feeling taken advantage of and now I have a seat that still needs work. Thanks Scott for being lazy and not caring about your customer needs but only your bank account. Might have had one other customer while working on my seat.
