Gave this location two tries and the service is just bad. Second trip I was literally the only car in line and it took almost 15 minutes for two sandwiches in the drive through. Order was wrong and no pickles in the bag. Won't be back

Walk Up Order Window (??) It's 100+ degrees outside and there's a walk-up window..... with outdoor seating. I mean come on, it's Oklahoma where eating outdoors in the elements is not comfortable most of the year! The Oklahoma wind pretty much eliminates this the rest of the year. We won't be back to this location. I will say the food was good, what didn't fall onto my lap while eating it in the car. And the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the menu and their offerings and was very pleasant.

Schlotzsky's is one of my favorite sandwich places. I was so sad when the one closest to us closed. This is the second time we've tried the new location on Penn and the second time we left the line because it didn't move forward for at least 15 minutes. There were several in line that left with us after being in line for too long.

Customer service is terrible! The promotions that are stated on their window is a non working promotion. Employees would not help with the promotion.

Went to the place on 33rd and Broadway. It was very difficult to communicate and our order was completely wrong. Not only that, but the turkey and beef were slimy and tasteless. I took my sandwich to the counter and said I ordered corned beef #12( so he was clear about my order) and said No no no.. only one kind of beef... Wth? My husband ordered just turkey and provolone cheese.... It was hideous looking with some very very dark meat with the turkey... so NEVER going back! PS. there were NO cars parked in front.. hmmm.. 2 people came in after us... a Friday nite at 6:30... something wrong!! Stay Away!!

HUGE awesome sandwiches. Delicious. The bread is great. Bonus points because our large sandwich came with 3 pickles. I love pickles. I'm from out of state and had never been here. Loved it.

Best bread ever. Pretty much any sandwich is gold when you factor in the bread. Pricing is fair and if you like soup try any of them but the tomato basil is amazing. This one has a drive thru and the service was great.
