It was lateee, right before close. Instead of shooing me away, and being a pencil pusher.. JAYDEN really hooked me up with the only thing I was craving and wanting, cinnamon rolls! Thank you! I appreciate you

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location. The first time was opening and had extremely slow and rude service in cinnamon roll. This time I ordered 3 things.. pizza- I've had better from a frozen pizza, Mac/ cheese looked like soup and was ice cold, I orders the sandwich without mayo.. got it home with mayo! 3 things bought and in the trash- we had to go elsewhere for dinner. Never going back!

I love their pizzas. Their gluten free crust tastes better than Dominos, and the toppings are much more generous than most pizza places. Yum!

I had the Original and loved it!!I lived in Dallas in the 90 s and ate at these a lot. It was as good as I'd remembered. I got the small and it was pretty good size.If you like hot sauce you've got to ask for that and add that to the sandwich. It's like Pete's, and it's so good on these!Highly recommend!

Seems like this spot couldn't get an order right even if there was $100,000,000 on the line. 2 French dips isn't hard especially when there is no one other than me at the establishment. Everyone should open your food in front of the people before ever leaving, it will be wrong if you don't.​

Food has been wrong all three times we've been. The staff argued with my husband about whether or not we ordered meals. Didn't give us our chips or drinks even though our online receipt clearly said we had both ordered meals. Seems chaotic and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Love the food when it's right and doesn't take over 30 minutes to get it right.Edited to add: After 30 minutes of waiting for my order to be corrected. My husband got home and one of the Turkey Bacon Clubs we ordered had no turkey on it....

It has been years since I had a schlotzskys and was excited to try out this new shop here. Very disappointed in the service and quality of food. Could not get order right and had to ask several times for missing items. Never ended up getting it correct. People waiting long periods of time and not being helped.Inside looked dirty and unorganized. Food did not taste good or fresh to me. Will not go back.

Unbelievably bad service...it's really shameful what this location is doing to the Schlotzsky's brand

Awful. Had to throw my food out. Couldn't even take a full bite. Every new restaurant that's popped up seems to suck.

I sure hope they get their grand opening jitters out of the road. Went there, waited forever, got home with the order, everything was wrong and the one order that may have been right had a gluten feee bun, so even though it looked right I didn't risk trusting that it was the right bun so I took it back and got a refund on the entire order. Hope they figure it out.
