Sausage Brothers Meat Market & Deli

LOVE this place. For a town like Skiatook this a hidden gem. It a combo deli/meat market with some delicious looking steaks in the meat case and some great tasting dips and salads in the other fridge. They do have some sandwiches premade but if u don't see what u want they will whip up one for you behind the counter. Walked out with two custom sandwiches and a container of the corn dip, ALL of it was excellent. Next trip to Skiatook I will def be hitting this place up again. Well worth a visit.

A colleague put me on to this place. (It's kind of behind Pizza Hut in the back of the strip mall.) There are pre-made sandwiches available in a cooler and you can request for them to put on all the fixings: tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions. They also have wraps available.As I waited for my sandwich to be dressed, I looked through the meat counter. The house made sausages and brats will soon be on our grill at home.Friendly staff! Food is to-go and there's also a fridge full of sides. I've heard the pasta salad is great.

We really like the selection and brats. People drive from neighboring towns to shop there. Even if you have a close choice, I recommend shopping at Saysage Brothers.

Their bologna, is Great I love it, THIEr Colby jack Cheese is wonderful . There is Just one Small Problem, when they slice the cheese and Bologna is the lady who is slicing , can't keep it the same Thickness Thur the whole slicking process. The slices are so Thin , on one size and thicker on the other. Both the cheese and Bologna is this way, I can tell her how thick I would like it slice , and it is always to thin. Other than that it has a great taste , and always fresh .
