I am not gluten free but my friend is and that's why we came here. The item quality is super inconsistent. The waffle was awesome. Fluffy and yummy. The cinnamon roll was sponge but ok. The sandwich bread was inedible. It was super dense and dry. I had to eat it open faced to be able to eat it. The staff member who helped us seemed upset we were even there. That she couldn't be bothered.

What a wonderful wonderful spot. If I could give them 5+ I would! They have a FB page and I would highly suggest following them to stay up to date on menu items and availability. They stay super busy and for good reason! I was able to make an order before they opened Sat morning for the famous gfree donuts and so happy I did. They were super busy and ran out! This celiac gal was ecstatic to receive a box of 10 donuts! Yes I shared with family ;-). The donuts were fried to perfection and the glaze on top melted beautifully with the piping hot pastry. It is think which is typical of gfree flower but not crazy dense like I would expect. Sandi Sue's gfree bakery makes her own flower blends and her donut pastry dough is just the bee's knee! Eyes watered as I took the box of warm smell good deliciousness into my hands. We also received some brioche starter bread that I will be baking later today..... so excited! Thanks Sandi Sue's Gluten Free Bakery, the drive from Fayetteville to Bentonville was worth it and we will be back!

Great gluten free bakery in 8th St Market, located on the south side in a stall. They have gf bread every day and offer sweets like pies and custom cakes to order. I always get the cinnamon roll tray when I have company--just pop it in the oven for a few mins, add icing, and delicious breakfast! No one suspects they're even gluten free! My next wish for this place is to have some more "meals" to purchase instead of just rolls and bread, like sandwiches or soups or something filling.

It was such a treat to have a gluten free orange roll! I can't wait to order a batch of cinnamon rolls, and bake them for breakfast. I've baked gluten free cakes and cookies, but have yet to figure out how to make yeasted rolls at home. With Sandi Sue's being so good, I'm in no hurry to figure it out!

Absolutely the BEST blueberry muffins you've ever had, and they are also GF/DF which you would never know!!! Very caring customer service which is rare these days! They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and made my job a lot easier during the holidays! Highly recommend!

I had been looking forward to visiting for some time, but was driving up from Fayetteville and always seemed to miss open times. There was very little selection (it was just after noon on a weekday). I understand, sometimes that is how it is at GF bakeries and arriving earlier is better. I chose a chocolate cupcake (it was small) as well as a jumbo banana nut muffin. Unfortunately, the cupcake was dry and empty when I bit into it (as in there was a big hole in the middle). As the cupcake was small, this was about half of the cupcake missing. The frosting was minimal, but did add a bit of moisture. I did appreciate that the cupcake wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, and it did have a deep chocolate flavor. The muffin was similarly dry, though again I appreciated that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. GF baking can be difficult, and I am willing to pay the premiums charged for the occasional treat out (when it is good). However, I don't think I will be back. If you are driving any distance, I would recommend you call ahead to verify if they have any of the product you are looking for in their case.

I hate giving bad reviews- especially to small businesses. However, this encounter had three fails so I feel obligated to review.I have eaten here before and it was delicious, so I was pumped to order two pies for Thanksgiving. When I placed my order online, I was able to select Saturday the 26th (which is perfect bc our family gathering will be Sunday this year). Yesterday, I received an email that thanksgiving orders would be ready today (the 23rd) and that the bakery would be closed through the rest of the month. Ok... hiccup in my plan but it's thanksgiving and I like pie so I roll with it. I messaged her on Facebook messenger this afternoon to confirm that my pies would be ready today- not Saturday as previously selected. She confirmed and said one was ready and the other would be ready in an hour. Cool. It takes me 45 min to get there anyway.I show up 1.5 hours after that message to give extra time. I'm informed that they oversold their pies and did not have a pumpkin pie for me and the coconut cream wasn't ready yet either. I brought up that I literally just talked with her via messenger... so I sit down to wait on the second pie. She calls me back over and says she can "whip up" a pumpkin pie and I can bake it at home. Also, not ideal for me, but ok. It's the evening before thanksgiving. I don't have any other options. So the pies are "ready", and I go to the counter, but the coconut cream pie has no topping whatsoever. Just pie crust and filling. I ask if there's supposed to be meringue or something on top, to which she CONFIRMs and then offers to make it then. At this point I'm super frustrated because that comes across as if she was going to let me walk out of there with an unbaked pie and 2/3 of a finished pie when I spent $50 dollars for these. I expressed my disappointment, to which she kindly refunded my money and did put meringue on the coconut cream, but I won't be making this trip again. I was super excited about them, and get the struggles of being in food service around the holidays, but I found this to all be very poor service. I gave this review 3 stars to average out my first experience (which was good! Hence me going back) and today's subpar experience.

I drove a half-hour for the gluten-free selection and was really looking forward to the first cinnamon roll I've had in years. Unfortunately, it was surprisingly dense and the texture was off. I thought maybe it was because we arrived a bit late at 12:30 and it was the last one on the counter. However, I also bought a loaf of sourdough that was fresh out of the oven and didn't realize how heavy and hard it was until we took it out of the bag at home. It was so dense and completely inedible - we could barely get a bread knife through it. The muffins were good, though, and the man behind the counter was very nice. Hopefully this was just an off day, but we won't likely make a trip back out to.
