Sally Beauty Supply

I go to Sally's to get toner and developer. I've been there plenty of times and normally I have the older lady with the red hair- possibly the manager. She was so rude and not helpful at all. I asked for advice on toner and she was very rude about it and made me feel stupid for even asking the question. She had no name tag so I'm not sure what it is. She acted like I was a bother to come I to the store and purchase the products. Overall shouldn't be in charge. Very terrible customer service.

The place to go for all things beauty related (well, mostly hair related)!! What I really like about this place is that you can buy specialty products that a "salon" would actually use, rather than the generic stuff at Wal-Mart. Prices are kind of high for some things though, in my opinion.The staff here was really nice - they took care of a pricing issue (item was ringing up more than the label on the shelf said) without complaints even though it was a pain to deal with.

I like to come here sometimes to pick up things like gloves, caps, tools, etc. but I would be careful about asking for advice at any Sally's bc the employees are not required to carry a cosmetology license and may not know exactly what they are doing. I don't mean all though, some have been stylists and are very knowledgeable. Just something to keep in mind. It carries styling products, hair color...temporary, semi, Demi, and permanent, styling tools, nail polish and tools, and pretty much anything you can think of. That said, Sally's does NOT carry professional products such as redken, matrix, Paul Mitchell, pravana, olaplex, and all those brands you'll find in a salon. I'm not sure of the quality of their hair products, but I've used them and a lot of others have too with good results. For $5, you can become a Sally's member, student cosmetologist, and licensed cosmetologist discount cards so you can get the "members" price vs the regular price which are both on the price tag.

The girl that checked us out with black hair,bangs, and two eyebrow piercings was so helpful to us today! We came in around 3:30 and was looking on how to bleach curly hair. She gave us tips and best recommendations products for curly hair! Extremely helpful, and hair turned out perfect. No issues at all.

I usually love going to Sally's but going in this time was a major disappointment. I couldn't find anything and when I wanted help the workers were too bothered to be flirting with each other to be helped. It was a tall guy and a girl I think he called her Hannah. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I will NOT be returning
