Saint Amon Baking

Small little French bakery with a variety of authentic and fusion (French inspired) pastries --like crookie (croissant & cookie), which immediately became my favorite. FYI, they do not sell coffee, but it seems that people either bring coffee from the cafe next door or take the pastries to the cafe.

Solid pastries, solid prices. Their croissants don't quite deliver to Sheila Anne levels for me, but priced better - so win. Imagine the look in my kiddo's eyes when they saw those cookie-dough-croissants - or is if croissy-dough-cookies ? Odds and ends have been solid. Did *not love their blueberry muffin.

Saint Amon is a wonderful bakery. I've been to bakeries all over Italy and France and this bakery is just as good as anything you'll get overseas. The owner was classically trained in France and you can definitely tell. Everything is of the utmost quality. I would genuinely recommend anything that they make.

The nice lady behind the counter puts your selection in a paper sack. You pay the nice lady and then you leave.Q- Do they serve coffee?A- No. There is a coffee shop next door, but it is not recommended, terrible service. I've been to St. Amon many many times over the years and in my opinion they have the best bakery in Tulsa. This pistachio NY Roll solidified my opinion! Inside there is a pistachio cream that is packed with flavor and you can actually taste the pistachio flavor. I'm actually blown away by this pastry. It is that good! They have more than sweet items, they also have savory as well I also got the bacon and gruyere cheese croissant to take to work for breakfast. I've had that many times before and it is always so good! I hope they change locations because the shopping center they are currently in needs a whole make over.

Best croissants ever!!Sad it was a weekday and they don't make the cookie baked inside croissant but they were all sooooo soft and phenomenal!! My fav was the apple and I tried half a dozen. Love love love!

First time trying Saint Amon today, and whoa! This bakery is awesome. We tried several things: Pistachio croissant. A Crookie, chocolate croissant, a vanilla croissant, and a hazelnut croissant, pumpkin muffin, and a chocolate muffin. Everything looked amazing and tasted better. Sweet, but not too sweet. Fresh, even though they were about to close. We'll definitely come back.

I was searching for a cake for my daughter's graduation from ORU and discovered Saint Amon, which is across the street from campus. We are not from Tulsa and I called a couple of weeks earlier to order a cake. When I picked it up very early the morning of graduation it was ready and it was beautiful! There were just 9 of us for dessert and the cake was everything and more as it was a surprise for my daughter.It was a vanilla cake with a silky chocolate filling and buttercream frosting. So many of our guests complimented that it was one of the best cakes they've ever had.

As someone who lives in the South of France in the summer, this bakery is not only authentic but would be an artisanal bakery ie. a Lucero bakery. Not only are their croissants perfectly crumbly and not dense, the pain au chocolate (Choclate croissant) isn't overly chocolaty, but their savory croissants are truly flavorful where can taste the ham and gruyere.

Truly beautifully made pastries I particularly love their quiches. Their service is also remarkable
