the only reason i found this pharmacy was because it was the first option on goodrx when i was going to buy my medication- so i got my prescription sent here. i was charged 26 dollars more than it was meant to be, and when calling later told they don't accept goodrx. Very frustrating,

I went to the doctor yesterday because I severely sprained my ankle, and he told me to go to this pharmacy to get a walking boot. My husband and I drove across town to Saffa, only to be told by a bored-looking employee that they didn't have any in my size and to try somewhere else on another side of town. She was perfectly happy letting us walk out dissatisfied; I was on crutches and it took a few minutes to get inside and up to the counter. We really didn't want to drive all over town, so we asked if we could order one through them and have it be delivered by the following day. They said yes and took our number, assuring us we'd have the boot before 3pm the next day. We never received a call, and we have tried to call them but it's going straight to voicemail. I just wanted to let others know how this pharmacy treats people that are clearly in pain and need their assistance.

Local businesses always get my vote. On top of that, they're a compounding pharmacy, they deliver(for FREE), and they sell/rent a lot of medical equipment you're just not going to find at the big chains.

Cannot believe they take advantage of older people and don't bill Medicare so they can send a bill for an outrageous amount thinking that the elderly won't argue and just pay their crazy bill. Not this time I don't think at 93 my grandfather is going to worry about them ruining his credit. They should have just billed Medicare and tricare instead of thinking they would get more from grandpa by their ripoff practices. Now they get nothing exactly what they deserve. He's 93 and very aware and definitely not stupid.

I have been told by my doctor that this is the only compounding pharmacy in the area, otherwise I would try to go someplace else. 1. They don't bill medicare which really makes things so difficult for me. 2. I have twice setup with them the automatic refill with mailing. It is very hard for me to get into them and my memory for calling is not very good. Twice they have failed to perform the automatic refill. I am now told I have to go see my doctor in which I have to wait several weeks to get in. So, in addition to not getting the automatic refill, they didn't notify me that I would need a doctors appointment for the next refill. I am having to go without medication for several weeks.
