Saddle Up

Wow what a find!! This is a fantastic, cozy bar/restaurant in downtown Eureka Springs. They've got a very diverse menu & when asking four staff members what they like best....i got four different answers! I went with the stuffed poblano pepper with steak & shrimp and I had NO regrets on my choice. The steak & shrimp were cooked to perfection. The chipotle sauce was outstanding (though, a touch spicy....not for those with spice issues). It left a flavor on my palate that made me want to do it again. Right then! *I held out though and didn't over stuff myself. The staff were super friendly. The margarita was indeed top shelf. Well made, great salt and ice that can be enjoyed. Way to go Saddle Up kitchen/bar & front house staff! You'll definitely see me the next time I'm in ES!!

The food was amazing. Order the shrimp volcano. You won't be sorry. The wait staff was attentive and amazing. I loved the gnomes as we walked in and the entire ambiance was great. Highly recommend this place. The menu is extremely eclectic and everything we had there was amazing. There is literally something for everyone here. The prices were not outrageous either.

Only eaten there a couple times, food has always been good. We enjoy sitting outside have a drink and a cigar. They have a great out door area and a balcony street side make for good people watching. We have always had good service and they make good drinks.

Service was great. People watching was even better from the patio. We split the JJ quesadilla and it was amazing. Had to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom and it looked very clean.

Small but great place. We couldn't find a tv anywhere to watch football but finally found one here! WPS! My cheeseburger was good. however, my fiancé didn't like the chicken dish he ordered since it was a slice of rubbery melted cheese on top. Chill place, nothing spectacular, but not terrible either! Service was good :)

The food was mediocre. Burger was dry. The protein bowl was not flavorful. Not sure why this had such high reviews.

food was absolutely delicious. filled up on chips and queso accidentally but that just meant I got to enjoy more of the food later service was very friendly and we got to watch american cornhole league the whole time. awesome

Food was outstanding. I had the stuffed poblano with steak, and my wife had the protein bowl. We were both highly impressed. We both recommend eating here.

Sat at bar. Very friendly service though some work on execution would be helpful. Ordered Buffalo wings as a starter. Wife had protein bowl, I had steak fajitas. Our entrees arrived well before the wings. She enjoyed her bowl and said it was quite tasty. My fajitas were excellent (be sure to get their homemade hot sauce, terrific). The wings were great (quite spicy but really tasty). The wings came with fries which looked good but came out cold. Minus one star for cold fries and execution snafu and minus one star for the disgusting men's restroom. Nice outdoor seating.

This place is amazing yo had the street tacos service was quick and nice, overall nice atmosphere, will be coming here to eat next time I visit
