-Booth seat was so far from the table I had to scoot the whole table in and then the next bench seat so we could reach the table. -No soap or paper towels in the bathroom.-The meat in both our dishes was overcooked. -My Caesar salad had no dressing on it. I had to ask for dressing. But the waitress disappeared and so we waited 5-10 minutes for her to come back to even ask. I'm not a picky person and I don't leave reviews...but this was terrible.

Was looking for a good happy hour after work on a Monday and Russo's has half price house wines, beers and appetizers! The wine was great and the appetizers were delicious. Everything came out quickly and we had good service.

Date night and wanted to try a new spot. So glad we stopped in here for dinner. They offer a relaxed atmosphere and tv's in the bar have lots of sports options if you're so inclined. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was yummy! They offered a healthy drink menu and have happy hour also. They accommodated my husband's meal request and our waitress was so sweet. I gave it 4 starts because there was a lag in between ordering and when our food arrived. Overall really enjoyed it and will go back again!

Great food here at Russo's. The Margarita Pizza is great with the olive oil base. The bread and oil has great flavor.

We were visiting relatives here in Oklahoma and decided to try this Italian restaurant/pizzeria. The restaurant is a very nice, updated facility and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. The Focaccia bread is one of the highlights of the meal. It's soft and extremely addictive. They bring you plates of olive oil with seasonings in it to dip the bread, but you must ask for Balsamic vinegar (which is a must). My BIL got the Diablo Shrimp with spaghetti and he loved it. He said it wasn't too spicy, but just right. My SIL had the baked Ziti and said it was one of the best that she's had. My wife ordered the chicken parmigiana and said the red sauce was mild and very flavorful. She said the chicken was moist and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken which had a great amount of dressing and the chicken was moist and tasty. We will definitely come back to try a pizza one of these times.

We were the first customers of the day. There was crumbs on the floor, multiple tables, and chairs. I guess they don't clean at night. The waitress didn't seem to care. They were having trouble with the pizza oven which caused us to wait almost 45 minutes for our food. The pizza was undercooked. Waitress apologized but we would have liked to have seen a manager so we could show them all the mess that was not cleaned up the night before. We will not go back.

Saturdays are our "Something New Day" so today we tried Russo's in Broken Arrow. I want to start off that the Service was Great'Ivana was our waitress and was very helpful with questions about the menu and brought out samples to help out decision making. We started off by ordering the Tuscan Salad which came with a Delicious Balsamic vinaigrette. Ivana also brought a bowl of bread with olive oil and special seasonings. For an appetizer we ordered the Housemade Italian Meatballs. Very good meatballs! For our main course we ordered the chicken manicotti with Bolognese sauce. This was also very good. My wife asked for a sample of the Alfredo sauce And it was outstanding mixed with the bolognese with chicken manicotti. It was a great meal and we willDefinitely Be Back!

I recently dined at Russo's New York Pizzeria, where Italian flavors met New York style with some memorable results. Here's the play-by-play of my carb-loaded adventure:Fettuccine Alfredo with MeatballsThe Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy enough to make my cardiologist raise an eyebrow. The pasta had that perfect al dente bite, and the Alfredo sauce was as rich as a tech CEO. Adding a meatball (an extra $5 well spent!) felt like upgrading to first class. This meatball was huge, tender, and seasoned to perfection. Plus, the whole dish was dusted with parsley and Parmesan, so at least I got a little greenery in my diet, right?CalzoneThis calzone was a beast! Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and stuffed to the brim with cheese, ham, and olives. It came with a marinara sauce for dipping, which felt like a little Italian flavor booster pack. It was gooey, filling, and probably the only calzone that's tried harder to hold itself together than I did during 2020.Eggplant ParmesanThe Eggplant Parmesan was the kind of classic Italian comfort food your Nonna would approve of... if you had one. The eggplant was tender and topped with mozzarella so melted it practically sang to me. Served over spaghetti with marinara sauce, this dish was like a warm hug from an old Italian friend--assuming your friend is coated in cheese and sauce.12" Build-Your-Own Cheese PizzaSometimes, simple is best, and this cheese pizza nailed it. The crust was crispy around the edges and soft in the middle, just the way it should be. The cheese was perfectly melted, stretching in that satisfying way that makes you feel like a kid again. It's a reminder that sometimes all you need in life is a slice of cheesy goodness (and maybe some napkins).Service and AtmosphereOur server, Anthony M, was on point, making sure our plates were full and our cups were never empty. Russo's has a cozy, family-friendly vibe that says, "Come in, sit down, and forget about your worries--at least until you see the dessert menu." The prices were fair for the portions, and I left with both my stomach and my wallet pleasantly full.Overall ImpressionRusso's New York Pizzeria is a great spot when you want Italian-American classics with no fuss, just flavor. From the saucy to the cheesy, they delivered comfort food done right. If you're in the mood for a meal that'll make your taste buds high-five, I'd recommend Russo's. Just be warned: you may need a nap afterward.

Very disappointed ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs did not taste like hamburger meat. They tasted like a plant source. Could not eat them and sent them back. No refund or discount. Very nice waitress, but left disappointed.
