Very helpful staff. They will let you check out the rugs and try them in your space. They have a big selection with lots of differing price points. Highly recommend.

Great selection, prices, & outstanding personal service. Try and ask for Korie's expertise. She is very knowledgeable and sweet. We showed her a couple pics of our main room, & in less than 15 minutes she had us out the door with the perfect rug. We will definitely visit her again when in need.

We bought rugs from this store and they were not in stock. They were to be shipped. Purchased 11/14/18 for $1175.00They never arrived. Finally I called them and she said, oh, we could not ship them to you it was too far. 55 miles away and too far to ship. Also these people cannot write to us after six months.

I had looked at multiple places before going here. I could've saved so much time if I came here first. I was greeted warmly and all my questions were answered. I gave them a description of what I was looking for and found a rug I fell in love with! I was able to take it home and try it out. If you don't like it, bring it back and try again. I will continue to use Rug Fashion Store any time I need a rug, and I highly recommend them to my family and friends. You will not be dissapointed!

I would put 0 stars if I could. Bought a rug from this company 9/22/2020 for my sister's anniversary. I checked out as a guest and put it on my credit card. A week later, and have received no order update or tracking number. I email them twice, 9/29 and 9/30 asking for an order update and tracking number including my name and order confirmation number in the email. Finally received a response on 10/5/2020 from manager of the Tulsa store, Tara Ahmady, informing me the item I ordered was not available and that my credit card wasn't charged. But my card was charged 9/29 and the charge is still on my account. I email them on 10/6/2020 that I wish I was informed sooner that the item was not in stock and that the $104 charge had posted to my account and I asked when I am going to get it refunded. Here we are 6 days later, the charge is still on my card and no response from the business. I have already filed a dispute with my bank. This is the first and last time I am ever purchasing anything from this shady company. Thank God I put the purchase on my credit card and not my debit.

We worked with Korie and were so pleased from start to finish. She guided us through the selection process for our living room, hallways, dining room and kitchen. She brought out samples to our home several times and delivered most of the rugs and pads herself. She even helped with re-arranging the furniture in our living room by sending us drawings and suggestions for several options. Highly recommend her and the selections at Rug Fashions. I made the mistake of ordering a rug from this store and having it shipped. The rug arrived and the colors did not work and that is where all the problems began. They would not provide any help with shipping from either the store or their distributor ( who had a merchant account with a shipper); however they indicated that they were negotiating with a shipper such as UPS and it would be a week or two before the contract would be signed ( August, 2019) and we could then take advantage of their merchant rates to ship the rug back which would be considerably lower. Five months later, I finally shipped the rug back myself at a considerable charge. Each time I called and emailed between August and December (approximately 9 times) , they either did not respond or indicated that they had not completed the negotiations. By December ( the last time they responded to me was October 19), I had had it. Phone calls and emails in October, November, and December were not returned as indicated - always saying that they were busy with a customer when I called. The last time I called in mid December Jennifer actually hung up on me while I was talking to her. With the exception of Korie who was attentive, Tarra and Jennifer were rude and unresponsive. I originally saw the rug in a national magazine - I have talked to the publishers and requested that this store not be allowed to feature merchandise in this publication as they provide no customer service. In fact, the store indicates that they provide services which they do not and promises services which they don't deliver upon.
