A must stop. It is a beautiful restored National Guard Armory made from hand carved sandstone blocks. Plenty of local and Rt. 66 history on display and shown on short film clips. Lots if fun info provided. Worth the trip.

Very interesting place to visit. The exhibits are high quality and videos are fun to watch. You get to lie back on these comfortable sofas and watch the movies overhead. It feels a little bit like being at the drive-in. The $5 entry fee is well worth it. Make sure you check out the gift shop. I found a beautiful coffee table book on Route 66.
