Route 66 Harley-Davidson

Bought a Harley branded set of tires here last month. They screwed up and put a Dunlop on the front and scorcher 11 on rear. Pretty incompetent but they comped me $100 so I let that go. Today I took it in because the scorcher is cracking and getting worse every day. They refuse to replace it and claim it is road damage even though the Dunlop on the front shows no damage anywhere and the scorcher is falling apart all over the contact patch. It cracks in different locations every time I ride it. Avoid this dump at all costs. They are negligently incompetent and don't stand behind the products they sell.

Drove over an hour for a part they said they had when we spoke on the phone. They didn't have it. So I ordered it. Came in the next week when they told me to come in. It wasn't in. So to make it right they sent it ups to my house. I appreciated that. Only to find out they forgot an attachment part. I call they had me come in. Again over an hour away. And I'll be damned if they still don't have it. Worker at desk did try and help. While he continued to let me know he wasn't the one that we spoke to.

Bought my first HD here on Thursday and quickly realized that I should have listened to all the folks there that tried to steer me to a larger model. I called back up there today and they were able to get me moved over to the prefect bike that matches my frame. Could not be more satisfied with the help they offered in getting me on the right bike. Johnny, Dustin and Lynn are fantastic guys and I would gladly do business with them again.

There are some SUPER intense clothing salespeople here. Like, follow you to the dressing room, wait for you, then march you to the register without letting you browse any further. At first I thought they were worried I was going to steal something, but then I realized that they must work solely on commission and are just watching their sales like hawks.It makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. It's not worth it and I won't be back.

I can heartily recommend Route 66 HD because of two key people. For motorcycle sales, there is none better than Terrell. He is open and honest, and above all respectful. No pressure and no gimmicks, My wife and I purchased from him (twice) after doing comparison shopping at Myers-Duran, and the difference not only in price but in professionalism is night and day. For service, Steve Rebell is the MAN. Superior communication and follow-up skills make Steve the guy that you want overseeing your baby when it's in the shop. Steve is never afraid to admit when there is an issue that they need to correct. He has never tried to up-sell me. Best of all, when Steve says he will call you back, he REALLY DOES. Wow!Do yourself a huge favor and see these guys when you're shopping for your 1st or next bike. You won't be sorry.

This dealership is Top Notch. I have owned 3 Harleys. I bought my first and third Harley here and they have been great. I went back to the other Tulsa dealership to buy my third Harley and not one salesman spoke to me. Every time I enter the doors of Route 66 I am greeted by someone. Very friendly staff. I took my Road Glide in for the 15,000 mile service and the mechanic found some issues they had been seeing in other models. The parts guy ordered the part and got it repaired. Yesterday I received a call from the dealership asking if I have been having issues with my motor. I told him his mechanics had already fixed the issue about 3 weeks ago. He advised he was calling everyone who purchased that model and trying to make sure the issue was getting fixed. He was calling from sales records not service records. He verified that the correct part was added to my bike per service records. It was nice to know he was concerned even 2 years after the sale. This was not a recall issue just something noticed at the dealership. Good service all around. Thank you Route 66 Harley.

very helpful and courteous service at this place staff is very informative. Greeted right away when we came inA very special thank you to amanda who spent an inordinate amount of time with us in selecting a shirt which we forgit to buy while in the store. She was so helpful over the phone in helping us select just the right shirt for our son's fiancé. While we're in Denver now so nice to see "the Oklahoma Way" is still in play. Thanks Amanda

I took my fire engine red First Edition 2002 Firefighter Special to Route 66 HD to acquire buy touch up paint. OEM paint was $49 for small bottle, but I opted to order from assuming it would be an exact match. When paint arrived it metallic maroon. Parts manager obviously ordered an incorrect paint code, but refused to return or refund.

Ok! So we had a bad experience right out of the gate! We get a call the next day after purchasing our bike and they told us we had the wrong bike and that they needed to come get the bike! Ok! No biggie. Then it gets into a fender bender needing the front end rebuilt. So back to Route 66 Harley. Four months later - they finally finish the bike. We come get the bike and the service counter informs us that we owe $97 for a part they missed that needed to be replaced and $42.36 remaining from insurance. They actually charged us $4206!!! I didn't notice the charge til we got home and then they were closed until Monday. So they drained my business account overdrafting me by $1600+! I have an hvac business to run and had to close for Saturday Sunday and now Monday due to this - not sure if I will have to be closed longer until that money comes in. I could not purchase gas or anything! All the way around bad!

Bought a 2021 Road Glide thought I was getting a deal but didn't realise how much I was losing or getting screwed over. Had to return about $2,000 dollars in parts due to their incompetence not being clear during the sale! They lost what would have been a loyal customer for the Harley Davidson brand. My next purchase will definitely not be Harley.
