Do not spend your hard earned money with these price gouging crooks!!! My mother had to take her car in today because her trunk latch quit working, she is a hospice aide that is constantly in and out of her car and the trunk, going into facilities and patient homes during this world wide pandemic. So this should have been a quick and easy and relatively inexpensive repair. She was there for two hours and they charged her 488.89 to fix a simple trunk latch. The part alone was charged as $180 so they charged her over $300 for labor for a job that should have taken 30 minutes to a hour maximum. Do not support this business. They don't care about customers at all.

Got one of these mailers where you peel back the tabs and "see what you won". I've been fooled by enough of these to be skeptical but even this one was brazen in how far it stretched the truth!So when you "match up the three cars in a row" 1) Your "prize" is not what is shown (in the same color, on the same row). 2) When you call with the confirmation code, and they tell you "Congratulations! You're a winner!" they won't tell you what you won (because you didn't). You can be guaranteed whatever you "won" won't even cover your gas to attend the event!The "consolation prize" is a "gift card valued at $100" but it is actually credits you can use on a website to buy restaurant coupons for things like $2 off any $30 dollar purchase before 5:00pm on a weekday... Totally worthless. At least the more honest ones will give you a $5 Walmart gift card. I wouldn't have minded that. At least that would have paid for my gas.If these people are so desperate to scam people to come in and look at their "amazing deals" that are really just smoke and mirrors...I don't expect they'll be any different if I buy from them. Dishonest!Edit: I supposedly "won" the 55" TV. There was only one. While I was there, another lady (who had just got off from working the night shift, bless her) was also there to collect the TV she "won". Your time is valuable, people. Don't waste it like I did with these scammers.

I purchased my vehicle in February but this visit was for a routine oil change. My service tech tech was Kenneth and he was very pleasant. He told me my wait would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I also had to bring my title back up there because when I went to the tag agency to register my car I was told the dealership forgot to stamp it. Because of my work schedule I wasn't able to get back there for a while which resulted in penalties (gotta love Oklahoma and their fees for everything ) but other than that my overall experience was decent

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I've never had an oil change in under 2 hours. Today, after 2 hours, I left with a partial oil change; same old filter, new oil, $90.

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership drove it for 49 days in the transmission went out. They sent my vehicle to another shop for repair never checked on it never did anything it was there one month. After 22 days they took my loaner car away from me left me stranded. I had to have my vehicle towed to another dealership for the repair. I wished I had never heard of this place. I have called the finance department several times asking for my tire warranty and GAP coverage paperwork I never get a return phone call.

oute 66 Chevrolet in Tulsa Ok It was an absolute nightmare. I got my car ok found my sister a car and co signed on it she traded in her truck and was told it was going straight to auction 8 hours later it's posted on Facebook from their used car department with a nasty post about the color(yellow) asking double the trade in value. I get you have to make money but lie to us and then posted in a very unprofessional manner. Her title came it was supposed to have a check with it for the remaining balance of her trade in, nope had to call them to have them "find" the check. They say they got her a better interest rate ok great. 2 Weeks later we get a call that the finance guy made a mistake so we go in for 3rd contract signing. He tells us NOTHING can be done to bring down the payment closer to what was promised so I ask to speak to a manager. They get me the New Car Manager Chris Taff he's extremely rude and condescending and gets us down a little bit on the payment. Meanwhile I asked for s quote on electric windows because my new 2017 car comes with manual windows. The sales team says they were going to try to get me s good deal since I was a good customer aka bought 2 new cars. The senior guy tells his associate to contact me telling me he still working on the pricing. She calls but doesn't leave s voicemail. Instead she calls my sister leaving her a voicemail saying she has something urgent to talk to her about. My sister calls her back and she wants my sister to give her a good survey because according to the sales lady she got chewed out because my survey want good. I email the executive manger and get no reply but I get a call from her manager telling me she was talked to about not calling me not my survey. He then tells me he'll call me back with a quote one the windows. I finally hear from him and he's says it's a little high let him see what he can do. No call. I call him on another matter and he answers and says let me call you back in 30 seconds. Never calls me back. So I'm short I will never go here again. I will vehemently discourage anyone from ever coming here. In fact as soon as I can I will trade in my car. This is all in less than 3 weeks! Got a respond when I left a bad review in Facebook the assistant manager of new cars wouldn't call me back. Called and talked to another salesmen names Issac and he never callld me back. I call one of my original salesman and he tell me he was informed not to answer any of my calls. But he will work with me and if I call him when I'm ready for an oil change he will see what he can do about power windows. I called the Original salesman when I was ready for my first oil change and he never returned my calls. I called a general manager and he told me that guy had warned him I was going to call. The manager tells me he won't do anything because there's nothing in the original paperwork and it was 7 months ago. I told him I was going to complain to the BBB and he told I shouldn't do and and would only answered me after I asked him multiple times es why. He said because I'll have to let them know this all happened in October 2017. I said that kind of the point of my anger WORST customer experience I've ever had!Update as of 6/15 my complaint with the BBB is going on file and whoever responded to the complaint was again very unprofessional saying I was trying to bully and blackmail to get free stuff. Had to take it to the BBB because Monty was rude saying I want telling the truth and I was just trying to get something for free. Had to talk to him because Jody More wouldn't return my call but informed Monty "someone" would probably be contacting him about power windows. I find it suspicious that he wouldn't call me back but instead goes to his manager and tells him to expect a complaint. I've also filed a complaint wit GM.

I will have had my car 1 year next month and a few things have happened. I bought my car daily used with around 52,000 miles. It was used as a rental car before me. I have had to get new tires.. two months after purchasing new tires from the dealership, I got a flat. I called to see if there was a warranty or anything, I paid around $208 for 1 tire. There of course was no warranty. Next my battery went out. Like I mentioned, I haven't had my car 1 year, so I called to see if there was a warranty on my battery. Of course not. It had been three years since the car was made, 2020, so the warranty is expired. They literally do nothing but sell cars. They take care of nothing else. Always a loop hole. I will be glad when I can give this baby up.

Never buy a car here, they lie to you! They can't even get their paperwork straight! They throw papers in front of you, tell you they are one thing and they are not! Our salesman was very rude. The main thing that I will be contacting my lawyer about is not getting my title and tag!!! They also never paid for my trade in!!! Like I said NEVER buy your car here!!!!!
