Love this place. But sad to see everything is getting more and more expensive. Craw machine are fun, bowling was fun.

This place is so fun! I go here every few months and play some video games and play all the claw machines. The plushie claw machines are probably my favorite. I've won a lot of them, so it's not a game that you never win! They also have ice cream cones for $.99. They only have a couple of flavors, but it's still a tasty treat! They have a karaoke area and bowling, but I haven't tried those yet at this location. The assortment of games they have is fun and there's something for everybody!Don't forget to get the game card at the actual desk because they usually have a toy or keychain you get for free if you recharge it to $100!

Task master Pat. Awesome skills and patience with as he calls me the big baby.... This is a place of outpatient healing And I personally will have a road of several weeks and several times a week. All I know is I was out worked by a 71 year old sweet woman on this visit.... I will be back .... More staff besides Pat and all super nice and supportive..... I would expect nothing less as they are affiliated with Community Hospital.....

Today we hit 3 jackpots in a ROW. We came early Sunday morning and it was empty so we figured jackpots were ready to hit and we were right. We love coming here often but I will say most of the games take 12 credits, ESPECIALLY the ones that will win you a good amount of tickets. The games are fun and they have a massive selection but if you want to win tickets and prizes it's gonna be a little costly. Today I bought a package of 254 credits for $44 and since I'm addicted to claw machines that that didn't last me long, but it could have and we still had fun. As far as claw machines go, they look tempting but they suck just like the rest of them out there, I hated that. Service is good and I feel like they always have a good amount of staff there ready to assist the crowd. It feels clean, safe and spacious.

It was a Friday night, and my sister and I were looking for last minute bowling places. The Dust Bowl was already full, so we came here to try out a new place. There is a massive parking lot because the arcade is inside the mall. It has its own entrance, so they can control their hours separately from the mall. My sister and I met up and strolled through all the arcade games, where half of them are claw games to earn plushies, like SquishMallows. When we arrived, the bowling counter was line-free, and Jasper nicely got us a lane and our shoes. It was $40 for the two shoe rentals and for two games. We liked our little booth and we were able to navigate the console that controlled the bowling scoreboards. Then it started to get busy, and a family showed up to use the other half of our booth. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that 4 'new players' showed up on our game, and we couldn't remove them and we couldn't keep playing, and the family couldn't start their game. I asked an employee to help us, and all Payton said was 'Sorry I can't help you with that' with absolutely 0 care in the world for my experience or his job. I was upset because we couldn't continue our game, and their business model is dependent on how fast we get out of there so they get more use out of the lanes. Payton expected me to wait in the now long line of new players for me to get help. I wasn't happy with Payton.While that occurred, my sister found a way to ask for waitstaff to come to us. Steven K came to 'help' but his suggestion to just throw another ball didn't work. We requested help again, and sweet Jasper came to save the day so we could move on to our games. After that experience, I won't be suggesting Round1 for bowling night again. The claw games and the unmotivated employees communicate to me that management only cares about making money. I'll stick to Dust Bowl.

I haven't tried the food there but the drinks are very well made and delicious. The service is very good and welcoming. The ambiance makes you feel like a kid again and fills you with joy. I'm 22 now and I always feel like I'm 6 whenever I go and play all the games

I do love the karaoke rooms here. They're a decent size and have a large selection of music. My one complaint is the bar service. It was amazingly slow. It seems like they put people behind the bar with no actual bartender experience

We love this place! Great fun IF you have an idea on how to use the claw machines! Read the instructions on the front! They are not all your typical "Walmart entry way" claw machines.

Entrance is labeled wrong on maps. Hard to find. Also prices are terrible and games are terrible.

Idiots raised the bowling price 50% on Monday nights when it is DEAD. Will not be coming back. Came here because it was convenient, but even their lanes are over-oiled and we've had to call an attendant more times than I can count. Actual joke.Bowled here happily for over a year, lost 2 very avid bowlers.
