I used to shop here regurarly when they first opened, but now the prices are so high, you might as well buy new.

The thing about consignment stores you have to realize is that the person who owns the item often sets the price. Having said that, this is an amazing store for furniture and home decorating items! Each item is displayed beautifully and looks brand new. The store is well lit and it is mostly easy to reach every item. After a certain amount of time passes the items are marked down, yay! They also have a 50% off room and on Tuesdays those items are 75% off.I have also been in the Sapulpa location which is just as beautifully displayed. The employees at both locations don't follow you around like hungry puppies but are available and helpful if you have questions.

Be aware that if you consign something to this business they will give your unsold property away on the 91st day without notifying you. If they sell your stuff they will not notify you. The consignor has to keep calling to check on their stuff. If you get busy and call after the 90th day - your property is gone. I know it seems like the people running the place would call and say "hey, your $1000 desk didn't sell and we will give it away in two days if you don't pick it up" but it seems that's too much to ask. Unbelievable business practice.

Put product in store to sell. Didn't sale, so picked up. It was missing pieces. so it's worthless now. They denied everythin, and slammed the back door when we left. Do not use this place to sale items. Stay away.

Never consign with this store! Take your home items to Mustard Seed! I should've read these reviews before consigning with them. 'Round the house creates every possible way to keep your money. I consigned chairs with them and when I called to check on the sale of these chairs, I was told they were on layaway. I have no idea how long layaway is but I decided to wait 2-3 months to check back. I just stopped in the store to see if the sell had been complete and I could be paid. I was told the chairs did sell but since it had been over 120 days, I could no longer receive payment. There is no logical reason for this 120 day rule aside from creating opportunity to not reimburse the consignor. If they truly wanted to make sure their consignors were taken care of and received payment for consigned items, they would mail out checks each month for the money on the consignors' accounts. This is the 21st century that could be automated. It's clear 'Round the House has purposefully created rules that increase the likelihood of keeping all the money.

Prices are way too high! They price your item and when it's too high and doesn't sell they keep it without letting you know. I wish I had donated it myself to my favorite charity rather than let them profit. There are better consignment stores nearby.

Very poor communication. They do not give you so much as a curtesy call before donating your items. If you are in the middle of a stressful move i do not recommend using them.

Manager was extremely rude. Had zero knowledge or understanding about the antiques on consignment. When asked simple questions beyond her ability she was insulting. She lost out on a $3k sale.

Not a good experience as a consignor. Highly suggest you consider consigning elsewhere. I've had good experiences with Mustard Seed Consignment, Consignment Furniture and Snow's Consignment, all in Tulsa and all were fair in working with me as a seller.

Round the House is owned by Lana and Todd. I recently consigned a designer rug that was sold for $350. However, when I went to pick up my portion of the sales ($175), they told me the check was void and that the proceeds were now theirs to keep. Round the House doesn't notify customers when an item has been sold. They write checks and hold them for customers to pickup but don't tell you when the check is available for pick up. If you don't come within 120 days, they keep (steal) your portion of the proceeds. They don't seem to care about customer service because they will not return my proceeds to me or reply to my calls and letters. I highly dissuade you from doing business with Lana and Todd as they do not care about customer service and make it very inconvenient to actually receive the funds from the sale of your consigned items. I have a few other friends who have also experienced issues with collecting their proceeds.
