Rooster’s Sports Bar & Grill - Owasso

Fast service, food was quick to come out, good happy hour options, outdoor seating is always my favorite, and staff has always been nice.

It's a bar don't expect great food Service was good. Just a bar and bar food it's ok

First time visiting Rooster's Sports Bar & Grill and they did not disappoint us! Their wait staff were all very friendly and prompt in meeting your needs. Their food was a pleasant surprise! Hubs had catfish which he said "was pretty good! I'd eat it again." Which is pretty high praise. I had the fish & fries. It was so delicate and the crust was outstanding! Loved the fries. They were nice and crisp. The food prices were reasonable, especially now days. We got there about 5:15 on Friday night and there were a few people there, but by about 6:00 it was almost full. They have about 16 4 person tables, a long table/bar for groups and another long bar with seating. There are a couple of pool tables and fairly roomy games area there was separated from the dining area by a pony wall. Which is good so you aren't trying to shoot pool and having to worry about encroaching on diners space. They have a digital jukebox with app that you can choose songs from your phone. Roosters is a casual place to have a drink or dine. Even mix of younger people and older foursomes. Only negative thing, was the decor. The paint scheme was rather dark and drab, industrial look, that reminded me of a garage. But we will be back.

My wife and I had burgers and fries and all of it was great, especially for the price. The place itself was very clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hubby and I went for a date night and was reluctant because we had never been to roosters before. But oh we're we glad we tried it! The food was really good and reasonably price. But even better was the service. These folks must have studied the chick fil manual on service because it was top notch. I'm a sucker for good service, so that alone will bring me back. The music was good too, a tasteful mix of country, hip hop and rock. Great place if you are looking for good food, service and atmosphere!

Went in on Friday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The two girls working were friendly, funny and informative. I ordered the special and it didn't disappoint. Super pumped about having a new, up to par, establishment in Owasso. Will definitely be back!

First off--food is 10/10. My pasta was delicious and not spicy to me at all. Some would disagree. I think it just had a nice little "kick" to it. But if you're sensitive to spicy food I wouldn't recommend. My husband said his fish was really good. The potato poppers were something different and also good. Our server was okay. 5/10. I'm not sure she ever said her name, which I could overlook but she didn't bring our food out, so wasn't the one to offer my husband a beer refill nor the one to bring it out, and my cup sat empty for about 15 minutes before I she finally came to the table so I could ask for a refill. Overall I'd go back and wouldn't be mad if I got the same server. I just noticed her behind the bar way more than attending to us or even her other table. Everyone else working there I saw flowing around the bar AND out at tables pretty frequently. Last thing: shoutout to the dude with the purple Reading Rainbow shirt! It's dope!

Went to Roosters and went to sit at the bar. One of the bartenders was very obnoxious and rude and then when we were paying the tab, he short.changed my boyfriend $11:00. Thank goodness my boyfriend realized and demanded his change. If there is anything good to say is about their Thai Sweet Chili wings. The whole experience was disappointing.

Wait staff is great, been here 3 Times. Burger is always over cooked and dry. Today I told the waitress it was not good and she didn't offer to do anything about it.Probably won't go back, screwing up something as simple as a hamburger is pretty bad.

Love the food but I always expect to have subpar service. My MIL is here visiting from FL and she loves fish and chips, so obviously we had to take her to Rooster's. We warned her about the service but tonight was just beyond my lowest expectation. Got our appetizer 15 min after our meals. Asked twice for a drink refill and still had to go to the bar and ask. Then it took almost 30 min to pay our tab after again, getting up and taking it to the bar after we asked if we needed to come up to pay and they said no, you're fine I'll come grab it. Suuure...maybe if all you want to cater to in your bar & grill is patrons sitting at the actual bar, you should consider nixing food service altogether. Shame because the food is great. Owasso knows how you got the location, you won't keep it without food service so maybe listen and work on it???
