Ron's Hamburgers & Chili

We were traveling through Tulsa over the thanksgiving holiday. We stopped here on the way out of town. This was a good change from the traditional Thanksgiving menu. Hole in the wall type burger joint. We had burgers, patty melt, chili cheese burger, onion rings, and chili cheese fries. Everything was great! Burgers and patty melt were well dressed and juicy. Chili was good. Onion rings were great. I think I might have been most impressed with the fries, they were still crispy even when smothered in chili and cheese.This is a seat yourself place. Not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon. We grabbed a booth and a server was there right away to greet us and take drink orders. We took some extra time looking over the menu (first time there) and placed our order. Food arrived quickly and all at once. Our server checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything, drinks, to go boxes, or to go drinks. Overall this place was really good. We will come back, we travel through often. Be careful it's easy to overindulge and could result in a very heavy meal.

Very very busy! Went on Sunday!! Seated right away. Was near and wanted a good Burger! They did not disappoint!!! I had my double hamburger with fried onions! Nicely seasoned onion rings. So Good!! Service was very fast! Great service, Really good food. Food and drinks came out quick!! Had a frosty mug root beer! Perfect on a hot day!

This place is a hole in the wall in a run down strip mall. It was the only business open when I pulled in but the parking lot was full. Seating was " anywhere you want" but I had to hunt for a spot because they were so busy. The server was very helpful, there were a lot of choices but everything included hamburgers, chili or both, she suggested I try the chili sausage burger. It was ground sausage mixed with ground beef, smothered in chili with cheese on top. The burger filled the entire plate, if you have ever seen an Iowa pork loin sandwich you have the idea. I finished less than half the burger and should not have ordered tots as most of them were not even touched.

I hadn't been to a Ron's in several years until Wednesday Dec 21. And I am so glad I did!!! Had the best chicken fried steak. The fried are hand cut and fantastic and the sweet potato fries divide.The best part of my experience was the waitstaff and bussers who did a fabulous job with a smile and a kind word while working under less than easy cicumstances.. can't wait til my next visit!!!

One of the best burgers I've ever had, also some of the best fries I've had. The service was very friendly. Very retro diner and decorations.

Absolutely loved my visit! If you're looking for a place that's friendly, casual, and overflowing with deliciousness, this is it! Trust me, the Spanish Fries are a must-have--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Speaking of seasoning, a big shoutout to our wonderful server who suggested trying Ron's Seasoning on the cottage cheese. It might sound a bit unconventional, but paired with some raw onions: yum!The Patty Melts, Hamburger Steaks, and Ron's Burgers are the real stars here. Each bite was a scrumptious journey of diner food dreams come true! If you're searching for a spot where every dish sparkles with flavor and comfort, look no further.

It's ok. Burgers and fries are good size. Try the okra with jalapeños its awesome taste is spicy.

Mexican hamburger steak was real good. Fries are hand cut and fresh.The sausage/beef burger was good, different since it's covered in chili.Service was great!

My Husband, Mother-in-law, and I ordered out last week from Ron's in Sand Springs. We all three got a small cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was plain as can be. The onion rings were very greasy and the batter was raw. It made my Husband and I sick. So in other words Ron's is awful and over priced. Maybe if they'd teach who's ever cooking to get things cook well. That would be good. Ron's is over priced trash. We will never eat there again or any location.TRASH!!!

Great burgers, chili and fries. Good family restaurant. Reasonable prices, large dinning room too
