Run, don't walk to see Tammy at Roberts Ford Lincoln. She was super helpful and thorough. I would buy a car from her in a second.

I've purchased three cars from Roberts auto group. Two were from the Dodge store and one from the Ford store. Great people. Friendly experiences from the phones to the service counter to the sales floor. My parents have bought from the Roberts family and, recently, my cousin as well. Ask for Donny. Love him!

I would give them credit for getting me in without an appointment. Empty lifts in there shop tells me they weren't all that busy, it was made apparent why. Even for a dealership they were overpriced. Oil change, rotate tires and fuel filter $359. Drove away and front end and steering wheel were shaking. They offered to rotate them back so the it wouldn't shake in the front. Smh. Or they could re-balance them for another $40. As I'm typing this the service writer tells me one wheel had no weights on it to justify the balance. I looked before it went back in and none of the wheels had lost a weight. And lastly the mechanic covered in grease and dirt did nothing to protect my interior ie paper mats, seat plastic or cover the steering wheel.

This dealership sold my 26 year old daughter who is a single mom with 4 small children who are 7 and under a vehicle and told her it ran and drove great. She asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle and the salesman said no. (Of course) She buys the vehicle because she needs something with a 3rd seat because of her children and the rear main seal leaks like a sieve with another leak around the oil filter. Has to put oil in it everyday. When I called and talked to the manager, he was very condescending and said she was told they sell wholesale cars as parts cars. She was NOT told this. This is not a trustworthy company. I'm sure they sleep well at night but what an awful thing to do to a hard working single mother just needing decent transportation. The manager had the gall to tell me that my daughter "probably just wanted something that looked cool". He never once denied knowing that it was a piece of junk he sold her for $4000. He even told me she could trade it in on a newer vehicle that was more reliable and maybe I would want to co-sign for her a better car. He would be happy to help us with that. Seriously??? I hope the owner of this company is happy with the caliber of people he has working for him. No ethics whatsoever. Shop elsewhere!!

Beautiful new facility! Great place to do business. The car buying experience was simple and quick. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They had great financing options and were even able to beat my banks rate and terms. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Called the dealership as soon as they opened around 9:15, KEVIN MILLER answered my call and said he would check status of vehicle and call me back in 10 minutes and assured me vehicle wouldn't be sold until I hear back from him, over an hour went by and after 6 phone calls I decided to text him saying horrible customer service and I will be writing a review. He responded but it was too late, vehicle was sold before he got back to me. Wouldn't recommend dealing with KEVIN MILLER. If you want fast and honest service, please look elsewhere.

I found a used car on Cargurus.com at this dealership that appeared to be a very good deal. Cargurus.com gives you the online price and rates the vehicle great deal, good deal, fair deal, and bad deal. This car was rated great deal and the pictures looked good so I called them to make sure they still had it in stock since I live two hours away. They said that they would have it cleaned and ready for me when I got there. I called my credit union and got my approval to buy and headed over to Pryor, OK. I had spoken with the salesman several times by that time informing him where I saw the car and for what price they advertised. When I got there and looked at the car, I realized why the price was low. It had several scratches and had a good size chip of aluminum off the tire rim where someone hit a curb and tore this plug out. I noticed from the battery that it was once a Hertz rental car. I asked for a Carfax that they advertised they had but they never showed it to me. All they tried to do was get me to finance through them. They promised they could get me better financing and took my information and ran my credit. Then they came back to the table with some ridiculous figures trying to scam me. I got upset and the salesman said he'd go back to the manager and see what he could do. I've seen this scam game a dozen times. I have my own financing so I tell them to stop playing games and give me their bottom price. At that time the manager came over to me at the table. I didn't get his name but he was a slick haired, Cherokee looking guy in his mid thirties. He proceeds to tell me that the online price at Cargurus.com was only if I financed through them. I told him it didn't say that anywhere on Cargurus and that was false advertising and unethical sales practice. This manager was rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to me, the customer who drove two hours to buy this car. At this point, I had to leave before my anger got the best of me. I will never look at anything they have for sale again as this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase a car.

Buying a work truck for a family business is important. If there is engine noise it should be fixed, esp. on a 2018 F250. Service manager, 3 Ford engineers can't fix it, and I'm without a truck each trip to service. No rental offered when I ask for one. After too many service visits I'm told to live with the noise, it only takes 60 miles to go away, Really!I have to take the vehicle to 3 other dealerships to try and find the problem before Ford with lemon the truck out. I'm done with Ford. If they don't trust their own engineers, who do they trust? No customer service at the dealership or the parent company, Ford.

I came to Roberts shopping for a new Ford Edge and a salesman named Greg helped me. We ran some numbers and were assisted by a man named Rob. They were both very accommodating and even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for on the lot I will definitely be back!

This place is very nice looking. Matt was my salesman and did a great job. I first started dealing with them by phone. They are horrible at phone sales because your not in front of them. For whatever reason, I went ahead and drove the hour plus to the dealership. Once I got there, they jumped through hoops to meet my current situation. There are some things I'm waiting on them to follow through with. We shall see if they do everything they said they would. I will post again to let the public know!!Ok...so I went back to a service appointment to get a key and a bed cover installed. They did install the bed cover, which looks great! The key...had to be ordered. Overall, a good place to buy.
