This dealership is under new ownership called Patriot. They have a pretty good selection and awesome customer service! We had looked all day at trucks online and in the Tulsa area. We were getting discouraged with The shortages of trucks and high prices. My husband called this Patriot location in Pryor and asked if they had any 1 ton trucks available. We really appreciated a person answering the phone, instead of an automation. The salesman, Dalton, checked the lot and texted pictures of 3 trucks within minutes. We told him exactly what we thought was fair for our trade, what we thought the truck was worth, and he made it happen. While we waited for paperwork, he showed us around the remodel and told us about their expansion plans. This place has a small town feel, 100% customer service, transparency, and honesty. Since we had arrived only an hour before closing, we told them we could come back on Monday to do paperwork. They insisted that they didn't mind staying opened late for us and ended up being 2 hours after closing. We look forward to bringing it in for oil changes in the newly remodeled customer area and saying hi. We recommend this place for sure! Thank you Patriot for such a good experience.

What use to be Robert's is now Patriot Pryor and they improvements that they have made are simply put. Incredible! It is night and day what they have done to this building. My absolutely favorite part is the HUGE American flag they have front and center. This is truly an American and Oklahoma based Dealership with genuine customer support and incredible people!

Hmmm Where do I start....Well they will send you 1000 automated text daily with inaccurate information.... you'll have more than 5 sales people text messaging you, not one of them will have their facts straight. The prices are basically based off they think their cars -are made of gold. So the GM text messages me and acts like he's willing to meet with me on a Saturday then I show up and he's nowhere to be seen so I have several sales people that come up to me and the sales manager which he's a major joke, Daytona, I'm done with the salesman, so I thought the salesmanAger would be better. (Wrong) The vehicle is a jeep which is a 2018 and it's been sitting there over a year they have it advertised with 937 miles but when I ask for actual miles, he says 5000. I show him comparisons. jeeps that are exactly the same...he then kept saying "let's get you into this Jeep" so their website offers that if you live in another state they will fly you out, well I live in California and just so happens I'm out here seeing family so the average ticket would be anywhere from $700-$1000. And I'd say that the average discount on a jeep is a grand to a few thousand. So really this moron should take both of those into play. Instead he comes back with a discount of 1000 if I finance which they will probably make over four grand-5k from that, when I tell him all cash he lowers it to about 800.00. Oh let's not forget when I asked him about the mileage difference he said that was from people who had the car overnight lmao. Ummm okkkk buddy. Worst service, lies! Why in the hell would this Jeep be sitting for at least a year, I was looking this time last year but had not sold my car, well Roberts you are greedy af. Cheers to sitting on that Jeep another year. I bet you can't afford to sell it Bc you are under water. No wonder management has changed so many times.Ohhh and bs isn't a cuss word, esp when you do bs. I really do hope karma comes back to the Roberts family. Also don't claim a vehicle is new, once it's been tagged it is not considered new. That is really a scam! Your JeepWas a loner vehicle which has to be tagged. Stop lying to your customers. Beware folks bc the sales manager lied to me.

I appreciate yall setting up a meeting for me to get a truck. After i took time to drive there(1.25 hour drive), yall weren't really ready for me but no one called to cancel the appointment. I even got reminder emails the day of but i ended up driving 2.5 hours roundtrip for less than 5 minutes in the building and a free bottle of water.

I like the Roberts dealerships and how they do business. I've purchased three cars from Roberts auto group. Two were from the Dodge store and one from the Ford store. I've had oil changes and bigger repairs such as body work. Great people. Friendly experiences from the phones to the service counter to the sales floor. My parents have bought from the Roberts family and, recently, my cousin as well. Ask for Donny. Love him!

IT is my experience at Roberts Dodge that that when I purchased a 2012 used Ram pickup truck they sold me a bumper to bumper warranty for 4000.00 dollars that turned out to be just a drivetrain warranty twice or three times I called them to try and discuss this issue and to get some kind of resolution and always they failed to call me back or put me off with the various different excuses. Eventually I told them I just wanted to give them back the warranty and and take my money back. Now I gotta drive 100 miles to get the paperwork to sign to release me from the warranty. I'm not going to recommend Roberts Dodge for anybody they're just not reliable they don't follow up and their service and honesty is just really next to nothing. Several repairs were needed in Nov that will cost me 1300.00 it was a bad buy from an even worse Dealer.

Don't go there! They are everything you come to expect and hate about buying a car. If you want to be manipulated, given guilt trips, have condescending patronizing service, then this is the place for you. Don't get screwed over anywhere but here!Though I'm sure this isn't every day there, the bathroom was covered in puke and nobody would clean it up. I was there about two hours and mentioned it to three different people who all apologized profusely and did nothing. They will use every manipulative trick in the book and make YOU feel guilty about the deal they are giving you.Good luck!

Called for a cost on an oil change and was informed it was $100.00 for my truck. I was fine with that, when I went to pay the cashier it was $160.00. When I told her what was stated on the phone she ignored me. I paid the $160 and to rub salt in the wound, my truck was nearly out of fuel. To be fair it was low when I dropped it off but approx 50 miles were added to the odometer. Never again, if only negative stars were an option!

Horrible service!!! They won't give you updates on your repair. When you call you get sent to voice mail. The service writer is so full of himself he won't listen to you. I will never go back to any Roberts dealer
