Soooo, NEVER had glasses in my life. I think I have been to Zoellner in my childhood to have my eyes checked at memorial location, but that was many moons again, so essentially this is new to me.First of all, I'm aware of all the stigma surrounding this business. Not my business, didn't affect me, so don't let it drive you away. The folks were PROFESSIONAL.Found out I needed glasses. Insurance helped a lot. I am picking them up today or tomorrow after RX is done processing. Shoutout to Makayla at Harvard, the tech. She is SO professional and took away my anxiety over this whole thing. We ran a few tests and I was so surprised to see I couldn't read all the lines! Thank you Makayla and Dr for helping me through this process.

We waited an hour and a half to do the eye exam. After doing the eye exam they let us know it would be a month until my daughters glasses got in. It was $129 for exam and two glasses so you get what you pay for.

I decided it was time for a new pair of reading glasses, so I went to Dr. Robert Zoellner's eye clinic for an exam of my eyes and to get new lenses. It is a really nice facility with a highly trained staff. The Optometrist was very nice and gave me a thorough exam to figure out what my new lens prescription would be. I have a strange prescription, so they had to special order my lenses from an outside manufacturer. It took about a week to get them in, which was pretty quick. Now I can finally see what I'm reading again. I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Z's eye clinic. I would recommend them to everyone.

Absolute terrible service. I purchased glasses in July waited three weeks to get them after the commercial says that you get your glasses same day. I broke my frames in a few weeks again I'm waiting three more weeks to get frames. The irony is that I have to sit here and listen to the commercial on the phone. Tell me that most glasses are same day and so our contacts and I had to wait weeks upon weeks for both my glasses and contacts and now again, I'm waiting for broken frames to be repaired. Usually, I would've gone corporate eye doctor, but I thought maybe a eye doctor would be the better choice. Clearly I was wrong. The service from this place has just been ridiculous from the beginning. They toss you around their office to different employees several times before you ever get an answer on what you need or what you're going to get. They read my insurance incorrectly so I ended up owing another $361 that I wasn't expecting. My didn't fit correctly, but since I didn't open them immediately, I'm stuck with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're needing specialized care or urgent care. This just isn't the place they take their time and they're rude when you address it. It's nuts to me that they say they can make their glasses in a couple of hours but I've waited three weeks for mine and they don't even have to put lenses in them. It's just frames. Take your business elsewhere people this isn't worth your time.

I have been going to Dr. Zoellners for years. I have been getting the exact frames and service for a very long time. This time I had my exam on September 27th I was told my lenses were out of stock and my glasses would be ready the next Tuesday October 1st. Come the first they hadn't gotten in my lenses. Come to find out they hadn't even ordered them. This goes on 3 more times. 2 1/2 weeks later they then tell me they were having problems and had to send out my glasses to be done. Finally after 3 weeks and a day I get a text stating my glasses are done. I picked them up today (2 days later) and the glasses to my surprise were finally done correctly. My big problem is I was told 4 different times over three weeks that my glasses would be done and they weren't. Not to mention the price this time was pretty high. Dr. Zoellners is not what they once were . Clearly more concerned with cranking volume through for profit and no concern about customer service. Not once did they call me and offer any update or explanation. What's the point in going someplace that claims to have you glasses ready the same day and have it taken over 3 weeks. In the past it's always been done within 24 hours. Terrible terrible service. I guess it's time to find a new eye doctor next time.

Picked up my glasses within 3 days! This office is super efficient in how it's laid out. I came in for a new glasses and contacts prescription and it was approx $160 for those two prescriptions and a pair of glasses! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will be back!

The optometrist was wonderful!! However the staff at this location are not helpful and appear to be inconvenienced by performing the role they were hired for. I had some questions related to my insurance coverage for glasses versus contacts. No information was provided and was told I should just order contacts. After decided to go ahead and order a years worth of contacts and paying $250 out of pocket, in addition to, what my vision plan covered. I received no paperwork with my prescription or billing and insurance brake down for the cost of service. I was not notified which contact prescription went in which eye (as I have two different prescriptions). After receiving my contacts in the mail, I contacted this location and received no help. once again, I felt that I was inconveniencing the staff by asking them to do their job which is to assist the customer. I contacted 71st and it took them one minute to give me the information I needed.

Office manager is a complete train wreck, aggressive and rudest person I've ever met. Customer service has dramatically collapsed within the last four years. They've messed up my glasses 4 times now and I've had to pay them one hundred dollar for their mess up, mind blowing! I do not recommend unless you want to waste time and money. This is one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. Terrible experience with doctors contradicting each other.

I went to their old location as a kid, and I have gone to this location ever since they moved here. Don't listen to these 1 star reviews, just call ahead and schedule an appointment. Doctors are always nice and informative and the staff is run ragged by all the business they get but they still do a great job. Got new lenses and a YEARS WORTH of contacts. Reliable and quick option.

Horrible customer service not welcoming at all employees have a horrible attitude like they hate their job. They messed up my contact order Heather wasn't able to do the math for the difference of brands I needed. Got a call from Mattie stated that the difference was a refund for 6 months supply or an additional amount for 1yr. appted for 1 yr. Go to pick up my contract was told there was a balance which was expected paid the amount due, specifically told employee it was 1 yr supply comes back hands over only 6 pair. WTF!!!!! Asked for a manager she went to get one that was not a manager it was only another employee (Heather) I told her he's wasn't a manager she stated we don't actually have another manager in site. I asked for a refund she tried to give me a partial and I did not accept it. I wanted a for the additional six months that they finally after all that got my refund. Will not be returning to this place and I do not recommend it. more worried for getting as many possible than customer service and satisfaction.
