MANAGEMENT policy apparently approves of employees to stare at phones while customers wait. Not this kids fault if Management doesn't care.

I purchased my vehicle from Riverside Ford and am constantly attempting to give them my business for repair and service needs. Today was the final straw. I made an appointment last week to have my vehicle picked up for an oil change, a service they are bombarding my mailbox with, and no one showed up. I called 45 minutes after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up and finally reached a service advisor. They then changed my appointment time to 11:30 but still had no one on their way to pick up my vehicle at 11:15 because they do not have someone who can drive a manual transmission! I am supposed to turn over my 480hp Mustang to people who cannot drive it? I only attempted to use this service after I sat in their waiting room for over 4 hours last time I had an appointment for service because "they could not find my lug not lock" that was in my glove box like I told them.... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The excuses and mismanagement never ends!

Update 3: Had the oil pan gasket replaced on my F150. Tech spilled oil everywhere in the engine bay and did such a poor job the pan started to leak again that week.

Sadly, I could not put zero stars. I have never had such a terrible experience in a service department in my life. Lack of communication is unacceptable. Apologies do not equal solutions.Sadly, they supposedly have one of the better service departments. Call. Great job, Ford!

Scheduled a oil change and tire plug for 9 a.m. over the weekend. The guy that helped me at the register was rude, and kept taking jabs at me from bringing my Chevy there even though it's been serviced there before, and I bought my wifes car from there. After waiting for 2 hours, I went to the service desk to get an update on my car. The guy told me that they didn't have my oil filter in stock "because it's a Chevy", and just got back with it, and just finishing with the tire, and should be done shortly. The employee didn't update me about the filter until I had asked. 1 more hour later, my car was finished. The guy told me my total. I asked if he would give me a discount for taking 3 hours to service my vehicle. The guy scoffed and said "no, you got an oil change and a tire patch." He barely apologized for the 3 hour inconvenience, and didn't want to use my Ford Pass rewards either. After talking a few minutes, he handed me my invoice, and said "I'll make it fly today". He ended up charging my Ford Pass rewards, and ended up charging more points then anyone else had in the past. It was a horrible experience

1 - The most understaffed (technicians & mechanics) dealership I've ever been to. One month plus to run diagnostics on a brand new transmission. Dealership policy is the car has to stay at the dealership until they "get to it". 2 - Had not run the paperwork for the warranty work prior to the time I was told to arrive to pick up my truck so they asked I "just go ahead and pay for it." What?3 - After much back and forth I think they got tired of me and allowed me to take my car. 4 - The front line employees are NOT the problem. Service MANAGEMENT is the problem. EVERY customer in the service department this morning was pissed or frustrated. I just don't get it.

This dealership has been a nightmare since we purchased our 2022 Ford Explorer. It started with not giving us all the information regarding what's included with the initial purchase, to taking 18 months to install a part that was back ordered, to "fixing" a recall that wasn't truly fixed, leaving my car with a potential severe issue. I will NEVER go back for any reason! Beware of every department from sales to service!

Called and made an appointment with these guys for my vehicle. Took my Ford Mustang in 8 days ago for a check engine light and arm bar wiper. Called 4 days after my car is still in the shop to get an update. The guy informed me they are still running tests and would call me the next day and give me an update for cost of repairs. I've not heard anything from them yet and it's been 8 days since I put my car in the shop. I just have a question from time of appointment till now (just counting business hours) does it take 60 hours to run a diagnostic on a vehicle? I will not be bringing my vehicle back.
