Riserva Bar + Tapas

Service was great.I was greeted as soon as I walked in, sat at the bar. It was cold, but I was there shortly after opening, so I will let it slide.Okay, I went by myself, so I just ordered the grilled octopus. That muhamarra was sooooo good. It was perfect with the soft pita break. The potatoes were so good, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Actually I've been thinking about since yesterday. The octopus had a strong char, but it was cooked to perfection, not chewy and rubbery. When you eat it with the muhamarra and pita, it's really good. Business was not booming and that made me kinda sad, I hope it was because I was there early. The food, service, and ambiance was pretty incredible. I will definitely return with a group so we can order so much more!

Food is phenomenal here. Lamb flatbread is to die for. They have my favorite beer- peroni. Service is top tier. No complaints. Ambiance is where this place takes the cake. I absolutely love the farm warm vibes they have created. It's great for a romantic night or even drinks with the boys.

Came to update my review from last year. I am so happy to say I LOVED my second experience at Riserva. I was disappointed that I was disappointed with my first experience, but granted it was right around when they first opened. We went for lunch and tried a few different items. We started off with the short rib hummus, then had the scallop risotto and lamb chops for our entrees. Our first mistake last year was NOT trying the short rib hummus. It is DELICIOUS! The meat is so tender and the hummus is so creamy and flavorful! The pita is so soft and the perfect carrier for the dish. All I'm gonna say about the scallop risotto is GET IT!! It's SOOO creamy, warm, flavorful, and decadent! The scallops were cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth. The pomegranates added a sweet texture to the dish that just elevated the flavors. The lamb chops were savory, cooked to our liking (medium rare) and sat on a tangy/spicy sauce and yellow rice. definitely worth the try. We also got two amazing mocktails (love a place that has great options for delicious mocktails): the Silk Road and the big fat Greek mocktail. Both were incredible! Silk Road was milky, creamy, and sweet. My husband was a BIG fan of the big fat Greek mocktail too! Service was great and the place looks great as always. Very well lit and they have a beautiful bar. The restaurant is in a great location as well. We will definitely be back for more, we want to try the octopus for sure next time!!

Second time here in less than a month. Food is delicious, I am huge fan of mezzo trio dip, you get to try all the dips with veggies and unlimited pita bread. The mussels dish has tons of herb and mussels, love it. If you want healthier option, we got chicken lavash(kabob).We happened to have the same server, great service.Food: 10/10Service: 10/10Ambiance: 10/10

Riserva is always a win! Craft cocktails, flavorful tapas, and swanky patio vibes even in the dead of summer. If you haven't been, what exactly are you waiting for!

been here a few times for a light meal and cocktails. our most recent visit stood out to me thanks to their jumbo scallop risotto! one of tastiest scallops ive had, and the risotto was cooked perfectly. we also tried their sticky ribs (optional 3pcs or 5 pcs). the glaze is a tad too sweet for my liking, but the overall taste of the ribs were really good! i tyipcally dont eat lamb either but enjoyed this dish more than i expected. we also had their trio mezze dip - hummus (chickpeas), baba ghanoush (eggplant) & i believe the 3rd dip is an (olive?) tapanade. all really tasty - we will be back!

Came for a date night and had an enjoyable first time -- which of course, led me back. Each time the food has been absolutely incredible and the dining experience is just as wonderful as the food. Service is always quick and efficient. The seating and dim lighting is perfect for any occasion, -- whether dropping in for a drink, celebrating a birthday, date night or even meeting for business. I will recommended Riserva Bar + Tapas every time. Thank you, Riserva! I'll definitely be back again!

I kept hearing about Riserva lately, so we thought we would meet some friends here for dinner, and we are so glad we discovered this place. It is located in Chisholm Creek area, which is really turning into quite the fun destination with lots of new places to check out! The atmosphere at Riserva itself is so cool inside, and there is also a great patio for when the weather is nice. Our server was so patient with us as we were catching up with our friends and taking our sweet time deciding all that we wanted to order. He was helpful with suggestions and specials, and he did a great job taking care of us. We ordered several appetizers (Patatas bravas, mezze dip trio, and short rib hummus). The flatbread was piping hot and wonderful with all those dips. My favorite was the red pepper dip on the trio. The eggplant dip was over powered by a smoky flavor, so it was just ok in my opinion. Everything else we had was great! For our main course we tried the harissa shrimp kebab (spicy and flavorful) and the skirt steak shawarma. All in all, we had such an enjoyable evening at this lovely restaurant, and I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't had a chance yet!

I adore this place! I have been here many times and I had to right a review but every time I stop by to eat here it never fails to impress me. Their menu is very refreshing because it is really hard to find Mediterranean in Oklahoma let alone good Mediterranean too. I always try to get something new when I visit and so far I've had the scallops, skirt steak, lamb and chicken screwers. The skirt steak is my favorite but the others are great as well. The restaurant is very nice inside and I enjoy the fact that they have a patio to sit on as well. The service and staff are always really friendly which is also why we come back!
