Riddle Plant Farm

We always visit here after attending SS Herb Festival. They are chocked full of Spring/Summer plants. All varieties/ herbs, bushes, trees etc. friendly, helpful staff. Often "specials" in conjunction w/ the festival. Good, Hardy plants we like and buy tons of. Like Lantana, petunias, ivies, ground covers, sweet potato vine, ferns & accessories. It's not as "home decorating" friendly as Southwoods, but it certainly provides us w/ plenty of variety and wish fulfillment for Spring planting.

Friendly helpful people in sand springs & BA. Visited a few weeks ago in sand springs & spoke with Rod about my situation - needing an instant privacy screen from a 2 story house & some relief from west side sun. Randy FRom their landscaping Department came out & we visited about options, pricing, size, spacing & maintenance. Less than a week later his crew lead by Jonathon - was friendly & professional - found some large beautiful photinia & got 'er done. Team effort. Thanks so much. I'm very pleased.

I went in search for stevia, Russian Sage, and verbena. I was very disappointed in the poor care of their plants, they looked sad. Much of the herbs had already bolted and they were selling them at full price. At that point herbs are done and ready to seed, leaving them useless for future abundance. The staff did not seem as educated on growing plants or varietals of plants as they should be... I farm and the questions I was asking seemed unknown to them. However, their fox farm soils are priced well and I was surprised to find healthy immortality starts. In my opinion, go there for soil or pansy's for your home garden. But, if you're looking for healthy plants and your wanting to shop local, go someplace like Southwoods where they're better educated. I thought it rude to take pictures for a review, so I did not do that.

I have used quite a few nurseries but I guarantee Riddle's in Sand Springs has anything you need. Great prices and they still have so many great sales. Couldn't have better employees. Knowledgeable and friendly.

The plants here are so healthy and vibrant. And HUGE. You get way more plant for your money here. We just attended their open house for the first time and were blown away by the selection. We will be back the beginning of April as that is when they will have some roses.The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As it was busy and rainy today they had employees helping everyone find parking spaces. Another helped push our cart out to our car and load the plants in the trunk, on top of the plastic they put down to protect the car.

Arrived at 845 knowing they didn't open till 9am. We were browsing the larger plants on the exterior Parameter. A young man approached us informing us they didn't open till 9am and he couldn't assist us. When the doors opened at 9am we shopped briefly since we knew what we needed. After checking out the same young man he reminded us that they didn't open until 9am and they didn't like people on the property during hours they weren't open because they might be in a meeting. He was curt and unfriendly.it would be beneficial to address customer service and customer relations in their next 8:50 meeting. We won't be back.

My boyfriend and our daughter visited Riddle Plant Farm today, and currently, he is on crutches. A kind employee saw him struggling and offered to help our 6 year old daughter shop for flowers and pumpkins and let him sit in the car. She was very sweet, had a mask on the entire time, and helped Rose pick out the perfect pumpkins and fall flowers. Unfortunately, they didn't catch her name, but she was amazing!
