Rendezvous Pizza

Good pizza. We went with a NY style. This pie is huge. Good sauce. Good amount of toppings. Nice crisp, foldable crust. The menu has other offerings is you're not feeling the pizza. Staff were friendly and well trained. They are attached to, but not associated with, the brewery next door. Parking on street or nearby lot. Clean restrooms. Booths, high tops, bar seating. Close to the canal walk, amtrak station, hotels, banjo museum and other businesses.

I really wanted to love this place as it did not feel like a standard chain restaurant. The decorations were great and the service was pretty attentive and friendly. Unfortunately my meal was messed up and had an allergen on it that I made very clear I could not eat for fear of going into anaphylactic shock. There was no effort to properly remedy the situation. This was compounded by the fact the pizza was almost $30 and no bigger or better than what I get on a regular basis from chain restaurants.

I walked half a mile to eat here for lunch today and something happened with my pizza is what I was told. So they remade it. It wasn't busy at all and it took me 45 minutes to get my pizza. I don't complain at restaurants. I told the guy at the bar I needed it to go because I have to get back to work. When I get my ticket without asking I was told he was unable to table anything off. Not a great experience.

After spending the weekend in OKC, I had a few more hours before my afternoon flight. So I grabbed a scooter and rode down to Bricktown. I had gone to the Bricktown Brewery the day before, which is connected to Rendezvous, so this was an easy spot to find food and watch some NFL football. For a place that seems to have the vibe of a sports bar, the lack of channels was somewhat disappointing. But my Saints were on, so I settled in a barstool. I was trying to not spend too much money since I had a long travel day, so I only ordered one beer and the least expensive pizza.After my first three(!) choices for draft beer were out, I settled for Lively IPA. It's a solid beer, nothing special. I ordered a Detroit Style 5 cheese pizza, and that was excellent. Easy to pick up, crust that held together, and the cheese/sauce combo was excellent.Shoutout to the bartender as well. He was very nice, attentive, and didn't even charge me for a soda. He also put up with me while I sat on the phone for about 10 minutes. (I try not to do that when I go out, but I hadn't talked to my wife that weekend - she was on a different trip)Overall - this is a good spot to go sit at the bar or hang out with friends or family and get some good pizza. Whatever style you like, you'll probably find something you can eat.

We met some friends down town and got a bite to eat. The restaurant is super laid back and staff was friendly. Open space, with a bar, families around, and sporty atmosphere. It was around 1:00 and it was not packed at all. We were able to grab a large table for all of us to sit so that was a plus! The waitress was attentive and took our food and drink order quickly. The appetizers were okay but nothing amazing, meatballs were meh, but the pizza was the best part.

Solid pizza. Staff is great. I mean every visit they have been awesome. Now to the pie. I have only had the Detroit style and the reason is that it is so good. I had Detroit style for the first time in Detroit, not even knowing they had a style of pizza, and it really jumped to my top 3 in my opinion. When I tried it here it was just as good. Going to a Thunder game or concert get here early and give it a try.

The peanut butter and jalapeño jelly wings were some of the best wings I have ever had. Service was also fantastic. Highly recommend

We returned and ordered a New York style pizza this time. The pizza was huge and scrumptious! We just went to NYC a few weeks ago and this pizza took us right back to Time Square. Best New York pizza I've had in OKC.In addition, the service was sooo much better than last time and our food came out pretty quick. We only had an hour and an half to eat and head over to Harkins for our movie. We were nervous about being late, but we walked over to the theater right on time. Thanks, Rendezvous!

Connected to a brewery in Bricktown really cool atmosphere and intriguing menu. Ended up going with a large NY style pizza which was cooked well and had a great taste. Also got some chicken wings which were good but the pizza definitely outshined them. Service was ok our initial server seemed to forget about us but luckily a female waitress from across the restaurant noticed us and took care of us for the remainder of our time. Our first server only came back to give us our tab haha. Overall was good and I'd recommend to anyone wanting pizza.
