2004 F-250 XLT 199,600 mi 2wd, 5.4 V8These guys are top notch! Don't bother going anywhere else... When the dealership told me the part (ECM) was obsolete they pretty much told me they can't help. (Guessing it's too old for them to even consider working on.) RC Auto were happy to help me. I did do some research on what was wrong with it and on RC Auto. (Which by the way, they have high ratings) They told me that I gave them a great place to start to look for the problem. Not only were they able to diagnose that it was what I had originally thought they said they know of someone who can repair my original ECM. Sooo that means I didn't have to buy a new aftermarket one AND have it programmed. What I paid to have it repaired was the cost of an aftermarket anyways. So they definitely help save money when they can. Gave me a worst case scenario and when they were done the PCM repair was 60$ cheaper. (Could have easily pocketed it, but didn't) So they are very honest on passing the savings if possible. Ralph was awesome!!! It was so easy to keep in touch with them and they get back to you quickly too. Answered all my questions. Everyone in the office was super nice and patient with me. Now if only they sold vehicles too it would be a complete package and we could all skip the stealership!!! Great job guys keep it up and I will definitely refer you to anyone I know.

From start to finish these guys knew what they were doing! Insurance companies didn't work out, so trusting someone with a $9,000 out of pocket job was hard. I talked to Christopher about my 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat Sport & within 1-2 days he could tell me everything that was wrong with it. He showed many pictures of the areas damaged & readings from a computer showing exactly where the truck was having problems. He told me he could order parts directly from Ford with Warranty & get them here & that a Certified Ford Technician would work on the truck to assure the work was done right. I proceeded to order parts & get it done. All parts came in early & the job was done, once the parts arrive. Christopher called me & let me know when they arrived & what was going on the whole time & made the process so smooth. I waited almost a month before review to test the truck & the truck runs like its brand new! I'm very very pleased! Hands down some genuine guys, running a great auto shop! thank you all for the hard work! Must go to these guys if you have a Ford, the dealerships were back out 2-3 months to get my truck fixed.

These guys were really fast with the repairs! They did a great job and were reasonable with the pricing! Definitely would go to these guys again. Great with communication too! Highly recommend these guys!

Once again, these guys provided exceptional service when the alternator on my Chrysler 300S suddenly failed (due to a known issue for which Chrysler has yet to issue a formal recall). After I coasted off the highway and my car broke down and died completely in the Cracker Barrel parking lot, I knew who where to tell the tow truck to take my car. RC Auto found a replacement alternator with the right amperage on the Friday before Christmas (12/22), and had it replaced and my vehicle ready for pickup by Saturday (12/23).

Amazing company and I love the way they worked on my truck. Finally a mechanic that you can trust. I can't say enough good about these guys and how they operate. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The check engine light came on, and being a diesel, I took it to RC Auto Specialist immediately. I also ask them to do the 60,000 mile service. They determined the cause of the check engine code , resolved the issue (a serious problem with the DEF/diesel fuel), and performed the 60,000 miles service. Their careful diagnoses of the problem and it's resolution saved me several thousand dollars. I can't give these guys enough kudos. Highly recommend!
