This is the best lunch experience ever. The fish is light and crispy, baked beans packed with flavor and the best greens and cornbread that will remind you of your Grandmothers.Don't forget the watermelon Kool aid and Brownie. My new favorite place to stop in.Beyond great service. Keep doing what you do.

Food:2 million Service: 1 million Ambiance: 1Let me start by saving, Ray has the best customer service! My hubby ordered the catfish plate. I'm from Mississippi and we are very particular about our catfish! The plate comes with 2 sides. My hubby chose collards and fried okra! I'll be the first to tell you, I didn't chose Ray's for my meal because most food trucks do a poor job with southern food! Let me tell you Ray, got all 3 dishes right! The catfish was not swai, nor was it fatty and greasy! It was cooked HARD and golden brown!! The greens and okra were both delicious!! What? I couldn't believe it! I quickly abandoned my food and helped myself to my hubby's plate! The next time we're in Fayetteville I will definitely stop by Rays, he will not disappoint! !

All our food was delicious. Was a bit of a wait as we have food for five but was worth the wait. The kool-aid was spot on too. Definitely brought back some childhood memories.

Raymond had 10/10 service & was extremely accommodating. Food was well seasoned & plate was not skimpy at all! Can't wait to return & support a fellow southerner!

Service was amazing! I enjoyed the wings, kool-aid and treats. I recommend it. Food took a while to come out, but it was worth the wait. This sure ain't fast food. Benches and area was clean and pleasant as well.

Hands down, the food is delicious and the service is even better. Bravo! The split dinner of wings and catfish, comes with seasoned fries that were amazing and perfectly cooked, and a nice iced cup of kool-aid. The taste was so good that you would think it came from a stand-alone restaurant. The service was professional, courteous, with an added touch of light-hearted conversation. Oh, and great music.This is a must visit to experience the soul of Ray Dubbz. I can't wait to bring more friends to enjoy the wonderful food and service. I give it a 6* rating.

Great food and even better service! Ray and his wife are so generous and happy! We will be back for sure! My daughters both said this is hands down their favorite restaurant! (..and they don't agree on anything! )

Amazing food but INCREDIBLE service. I would definitely come back! Great fried chicken, great potatoes, and great mashed potatoes. Everyone should check it out!

The food was honestly terrible for the price. $20 for 3 burnt ribs and Mac n cheese that tasted spoiled. My daughter and I were so disappointed because we also waited over an hour for that one meal. The woman at the counter was kind but not being realistic on wait time. A few more minutes turned into 20 more min. My other daughter and their dad had already ordered from a different truck, got their food, ate, went to la Huerta to use the restroom, came back, and we were still waiting. I'm sad because all the reviews are great, so maybe it's just the ribs. I'd like to give them another shot and maybe try the fish instead since that seems to be what people rave about. No real hate to this place at all though, just for the wait, price and quality for our first time wasn't what we expected.
