While I was waiting on my Chinese food to be cooked I walked next door to this food truck. It's got all your favorites street tacos, burritos, and so much more. So I ordered street tacos to get me by till I got home. The asada tacos were really good and lots of meat. The green salsa was as good as it gets as well. Great service and quick food. I'll definitely be coming back to try more great food from this great food truck.

Yum! This place is sooo good! Definitely one of my favorite food trucks in Fayetteville. Their truck/cooking station always looks very clean and their Al Pastor burritos are always so delicious. Highly recommend!

This Food truck near to Lake Fayeteville is one of the best places to get a Chomoyada. Our favorite is the mango and it seems to be the most popular too based on how many people ordered it while we were there.. it comes with mango, tamarind and a stick covered with tamarind and chili paste more like a tamarind candy.. They have other Mexican fruit drinks too that I need to try at a later time. The last time I went they started selling tamales as well. Their cheese and chicken were pretty good..Another speciality are their chips mix. They add bunch of condiments, cucumbers, pork skin, lime juice and lots of chili.. by the time you get the chips packet it weighs almost half a pound.. have to make a point to myself that I Gotta try that on empty stomach and not after slurping down a big mango chomayada..

Great horchata! I was waiting for food at another food truck and decided to try Raspados Mimi's our. Definitely worth the stop and I'm excited to come back to try more. If I took my time before ordering, I definitely would have tried a raspado.

Wow!!! This has to be the best Taqueria around in NWA!!! The food was amazing full of flavor, super clean and the customer service was amazing for a food truck. This place does not disappoint in our opinion!!! Being from Southern California finding a non TexMex Mexican food restaurant out here is super hard to find. They are so good they have (2) food trucks next to each other, one for the preparing of hot food, the other for goodies like snacks and their amazing drinks. The portion was well worth the price, a lot of the places out here I have noticed skimp out on meat and just give you more filling, over here they don't skimp out on anything including meat. Everything is so flavorful including the meat my daughter got a plain taco and the asada was marinated as well as seasoned so good that you didn't need to add any toppings to the taco (most especially because she doesn't like onions). I couldn't decided on what I wanted to try so my daughter and I split carne asada fries (fries, nacho cheese, asada, pico, sour cream and guacamole), I also got a carnitas burrito (carnitas, rice, beans and pico) and she got an asada taco no onions. We had plenty left over for dinner. For refreshments my daughter got a lime raspados (natural shaved ice with lime juice) and I got a Mango Chamoyada (it's sweet sour and spicy). I love fruit salad so I had to get Ensalada de Frutas con Chile (spicy fruit salad) that contained ripe mango, watermelon, pineapple, jimica and cucumbers drizzled with chamoy and chile. Pure deliciousness lol. I highly recommend Raspados Mimi. Everything looked so good on their menu we can not wait to go back. Seriously NWA this is by far the best Mexican food I have came across (they even top el super taco in ft smith in my opinion)!!!!

My wife and I are San Diego natives. Missing our Mexican food out here in NWA is often more difficult than missing our family back home. We are Mexican food snobs. But FINALLY! We've tried a lot of Mexican food spots in NWA but getting the California burrito here with beans and guac on the side brought the taste back to us that we miss so much. We will legit be coming back once a week. Their carne asada fries are really good too. We just had to make sure they use shredded cheese and not nacho cheese. We are indebted to this place and will for sure be frequent customers!

This was awesome!! Food was great, cheap and came out fast. Get the pork tamales and try the Chamango! The tamales were spicy and had a kick to it. Chamango was made fresh, you can watch them through the screen window. I would come back just for the pork tamales!
