Absolutely incredible. We went for a date night. We had a fabulous night. The food.... We started with the tomato and burrata salad. So creamy, light, perfect. My husband got the ribeye, and he ate every bit of it. I got the strip, and it was perfect, but so much food, There was no way I could eat all of it.The sides are family style, but our waitress, Amanda, suggested the sampler sides, which is not on the menu, but are 2 person portions. What a beautiful idea! We got the broccolini, au gratin potatoes, and bleu cheese and bacon brussels sprouts. again, everything was perfection.And then, even though we were incredibly full, we chose the bananas foster for dessert. Again, could not have been a better choice.I honestly don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.Waite staff was perfectly attentive, but understated. So we never felt hassled or pressured, but had a fantastic slow dine experience.We can't wait to go to again.

Fabulous steak! Delicious baked potato and the ginger glazed carrots were awesome too. Huge servings! I had a full dinner in leftovers, which made my husband happy because it wasn't exactly cheap meal (but worth every penny!) I'd rather pay a little more and get amazing food. The service was great and the overall ambiance was nice as well. Definitely a five star dining experience.

Easily the best service, food and drinks I have had in probably 25 years. Wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary and it was amazing beyond words. This is the level of service that you expect from a Michelin Star restaurant. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Our two servers were top notch, attentive, friendly, responsive, and personable. The ambiance of the place was romantic and our private area was perfect. I also asked to speak with the manager on duty, she came by and I was able to express my gratitude. If you have an opportunity this restaurant needs to be on your must go to list.I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Lots to like here. Ambiance is great, service is exceptional, cocktails were really good.Maybe my review of the food should be ignored by most -- who come for steaks. I didn't order a steak. The grilled salmon on a pesto risotto was... well, OK. The salmon was overcooked by more than just a little, and the risotto texture was a long way off, watery and too salty. The Brussels sprouts were fine, but not a long ways above averageProbably I made a bad order on an off night. I am not prone to leave picky reviews. Maybe my expectations for the food were too high, based on the first-class atmosphere and service. I will try again and have a steak, and I bet my view on The Ranch changes.

First time here! Thomas was a great server.A friend and I went for dinner they were not busy which was nice. It is beautiful inside but we sat on the patio for dinner which was quite nice. The sides were cheesy and flavorful. The salmon was amazing and I really enjoyed the pesto orzo. I would come back to this location.

I had the 7oz Filet with a wedge salad and au gratin potatoes. We also had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. I enjoyed everything. My steak was cooked perfectly with a great flavor. The service was amazing. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. It was quiet and cozy on the inside. I felt like it was easy to have a conversation with my husband.

The Ranch is on par with any of the finer steak houses such as Flemings, Ruth's Chris or Mastro's. The steaks are incredible as is the service. If you dine at the Norman location see if you can sit in Josh's section as he was as impeccable in service as the food. The tomato And Burrata salad was among the best I've ever had. The 35 day aged ribeye ...off The chart as were the other prime steaks such as the 7, 10 and 16 ounce fillets. Dessert -crème brûlée..... get it. You won't be sorry. If you're a fan of the old fashion get their version in a drink called the monte Carlo which adds Benedictine for a different twist on this solid concoction

Another great dinner experience. Excellent food, drink. Amanda was amazing ! Can't wait for my next visit. Keep up the great work !

This is a beautiful restaurant if you are in the restaurant side. The bar area is basically a sports bar( makes sense in Sooner country)... lots of tvs, which take away from the ambience a dine steakhouse should have.We shared the chicken fried prime tenderloin, which was very good... loved it. It's very easy to share as it is a huge portion. We started with the escargot which was a disappointment. The presentation was not done well and the croutons with it were quite mediocre. We also tried the onion rings which had a crisp coating but were quite doughy next to the onion rings which were undercooked. To the restaurant's credit, they did take them off the bill when I told the waiter we were disappointed . We were there on a Tuesday night. We're thinking that they might have a chef that night who wasn't the most attentive.

Great food with attentive service. The ambiance was perfect for our anniversary dinner.
