Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

From the time I stepped foot in the place, I got a hip yet Arkansas vibe! Everything is hog themed... which sounds about right, considering we are in Arkansas! I quickly found out that there are only 4 combos to choose from! All combos come with a huge piece of toast and a drink! I chose their sweet tea! It was pretty good I must say! I ordered the 3 piece chicken finger meal! It came with the fries and the toast and tea & extra cane sauce For a total of $9.94! Which in all honesty isn't bad at all! After I ordered and paid...they took my name, handed me my cup, and told me to take a seat, they will call my name when it's ready!! I had just enough time to get my drink and a ketchup cup before they called my name! Talk about fast! Not only were they fast...the young lady who helped me-Miss Emily was beyond sweet! Emily not only was sweet but baaby...she was fast yet careful on her feet, knew a lot about the menu, went and got me hot sauce when I asked if they had some...and then said if I needed more just to let her know! She also didn't stand still for more than a couple of seconds between orders cleaning and helping customer! I can tell you this much....Raising cane's won with hiring that gem! Now let's get into the food! I made a video about it cause tbh it's a lot harder to tell yall when I can simply show yall! The food was fresh and hot! Chicken nice and juicy! The fries had a nice crunch and taste! The wasn't one soggy fry!now that's a big win...especially when it comes to any fast food spot! The toast was a little on the salty side, but I still tore it up! And the one thing I came to this place to try...was the cane sauce! Tbh it was ok, but not something I'd write home about! It got better after Emily gave me a hot sauce to mix with it! as I sat & dined I was kept company by the upbeat music, and exciting decor! My over all Experience was really nice! And even though I don't really care for the sauce-which I'd give a 3 out of 5 stars for...I will still be bringing my family to this Canes, for their first experience too! It was very welcoming and they do have some pretty darn good food!

Service was alright food was alright just a quick stop if ur hungry good plus though is they got u all of the stuff u asked for

First time trying Canes while passing through Fort Smith. My wife loves this place and has had it many times in Charleston SC. We ordered a 6 piece combo along with lemonade. Everything was great and the place was very clean. Definitely recommend.

The chicken and fries were served piping hot. Service was super fast..less than 2 minutes despite it being busy and their first week open.This place has only 3 items. Chicken Strips, Fries, Cole Slaw...that's it.The chicken was solid. The breading did not adhere to the chicken but it was still good.The fries are less than anything special..frozen crinkle cut fries...blahThe cole slaw is not good at all in my opinion.They only have 2 sauces and charge extra if you want both. They have Canes Sauce and Honey Mustard. I personally like ranch and bbq. A 4 piece with fries and a tiny amount of cole slaw with drink was $8.28. Not a good value in my opinion. Will I be back? Yes. But I do not understand the hype and popularity of this place. I have eaten at a couple before and they are all the same.

Love this chain. The sauce is amazing and the staff is great. I like how fast it is. Hate that the staff stand out in the heat.

2nd time I've been...first in Vegas.Chicken was delicious as I hoped...fries are so so.It's all about the chicken...you will notice not much choices because this is mainly a chicken joint.I will be back every time I visit the country

Food is ok, the music is so loud you can't hear the person takinG you order! They put WAY to much cAnes sauce on our sandwiches! Will not recommend or go back!

This time I went to Raising Cane's, they left me flabbergasted at the fact that when i tried to order a lemonade, they apparently OUT of it. Theyre lemonade is really good and I was looking forward to it all day. The only they get two stars is because of how good their sauce is. The guy yelled at me after I tried to order my lemonade. Overall, it was a very weird experience, and I am currently crying because I have no lemonade!

Best chicken place around. Fresh tasting and hot when you order. Even the smallest meal there is very filling.

Every time I go here something gets done incorrectly and I still pay full and additional for the substituted order. The chicken taste good for the most part, but there have been times I've received under cooked chicken from this location in Fort Smith arkansas.
