Rachel's K9 Designs

We took our aussiedoodle named Miles to Rachel's k-9 Designs and he had a lot of matted fur. I knew they would probably need to shave him and it was my first time ever taking my puppy to get shaved. They were all so kind and reassuring! Even though he had to get shaved they did it in a way that made Miles still look so cute!! Thank you to everyone there! You guys are amazing!!

2 dogs of VERY different sizes get the same grooming treatment at the same price. I can understand a slight price hike but for the price we used to pay, we could get 3 dogs groomed. They refused to groom my big dog but big dogs are what was coming through the door when we dropped off the 2 we had. The explanation that they are bombarded by big dog grooming is reasonable but when you see nothing but big dogs coming through their doors, you have to wonder if it's actually YOU they don't want to see coming in. Our 3 dogs will get used to longer hair I suppose.

Love their location!! They were very professional. Took very good care of my fur daughter Tae. I let them know she has an aversion to water and they were very patient with her and even gave me tips on how to make bath time more fun. Will definitely take my baby back to them for baths. Highly recommend to anyone who has a fur baby!!

They are all very kind and my dog loves them. She runs right in. They always do a great job and she is always ready early.

They said my dog had to be there for 11 HOURS?!? Nope. They said they do offer "early outs" but only for "preferred clients." WTF. Red flags everywhere.

We absolutely can not say enough good things about Rachel's. They always do an amazing job and take the absolute best care of our 2 Mini Schnauzers. They have been grooming our pups for over 4 years and not once have we ever had an issue. Their coats are meticulously groomed. Truly the best groomers you will EVER find.

I have been bringing my dogs to Rachel and Kyla for over 10 years. They are wonderful with my large dogs (many places aren't equipped to work with dogs over 75 lbs) . My smaller dog.(35 lb) always had perfectly painted nails and matching bows in her hair when I found Rachel, years ago, both of the dogs I had then were PETRIFIED of groomers. All you have to do is ask the dogs 'do you want to go to Miss Rachel's?' They go nuts with excitement.

I have been a regular for at least 3 years. The last "groom" they did my dog experienced diarrhea. Today I was notified they would no longer service us. So if you don't want your fur baby to have to readjust to a different groomer I would advise you to not use Racheals. Apparently you can get fired for the least infraction! Very hurtful for a business to treat you this way after years of loyalty.

Best groomers! My Pups always look amazing! I have been a client of Rachel's for over 15 years. They take time to listen.
