Quality Vision Center

My husband and I were visiting in Bartlesville when he fell and broke his glasses. He is pretty much blind without them so we ran over to the mall to Quality Vision Center. They were already closed but the lady was still there. She called the tech back in and the glasses were repaired in just a few minutes. Way above and beyond what one would expect. They did not charge us and were just the nicest most helpful people. Highly recommend this place!

These ladies were able to make my prescription work well for me when others couldn't...they are very precise with their measurements. My mom and a friend both had frames that broke. They went the extra mile to repair them. In both situations, I noticed the style was lovely but extra thin at the break point. I am now more careful to choose a sturdy frame.

Started out as a good experience. I took my glasses in to have them repaired. The woman helping me told me it was possible and that there would be a small fee with the replacement part. I agreed to the service, left my phone number, and left the store. More than four hours later, I called the store to see if the glasses had been repaired yet. She told me to come on in. When I arrived, she informed me that as she was making a last minute adjustment, she broke my frames beyond repair. She apologized sincerely but told me that I could purchase a new pair of frames that my current lenses would fit, or I could buy a new pair of glasses for full price. I was disappointed with this response.
