I based my purchase on the record of seemingly good reviews. I bought a 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ on March 12th, 2022. I paid twice the book value for this vehicle, for a few reasons. 1. It was in really good shape for the year. It was clearly garage kept, and it was also the exact model and year I had been searching for. 2. I was told by the two salesmen who work there, that the jeep was just recently serviced with all new fluids, new shocks, coils, front a rear diff fluids, etc. 3. It was claimed to be a one owner locally owned vehicle (however there were actually two owners because the owner of the car lot registered it and drove it for 6 months, even though I was told they just got a jeep 2 weeks prior to me coming in) 4. These jeeps have become hard to find, and if you can find one in original form, in good condition, they are worth more than book value states.I did my due diligence and checked the jeep inside and out, and visited the lot more than one time going over the jeep. I discovered the AC did not work, and they claimed it has always worked. I took it for a test drive and everything seemed fine. I asked for a detailed list of all the things completed when it was serviced, and they backtracked and said they couldn't remember what all was done. When I came in to buy it, one salesman said the price was firm and impossible to improve on, however the other salesmen had already told me he would take 500$ off the asking price. They honored the 500$ off.I drive the jeep home and felt very pleased about my decision. Today is March 16th. 4 days have gone by, and 50 miles since I left. I have a huge puddle of coolant in my garage. I have traced it to the water pump. However Thin is 150$ fix and a weekend of my time. So not a deal breaker as it's an old jeep and likely the original water pump. However, the rear end has developed a bad whine. I took it to a local shop and they pulled the diff covers off. They determined the gear oil is completely burned and destroyed, as are the gears in the rear end. So after 4 days it has become unable to drive and the cost for new ring and pinion gears, oil, bearings, etc, is around 1,500$.Obviously this is very upsetting. I reached out to the salesman I worked with. I explained the situation and asked if there was anything they could do. Hoping they would offer the customer service to either have the mechanics that "just serviced" the jeep, repair this. Offer to cover a repair from my mechanic, or at least offer to split something. They did not. They told me all cars are sold as is and told me they could forward me the as is paperwork again if I lost it. They completely ran away from any costumer service once they had my money in their hands.I will not work with these guys again and if you have the ability to buy from another small local dealer here in tulsa I would highly suggest it.I'm reasonable and I understand it's an older jeep and of course it's not perfect. That's where the AC leak and water pump leak fall into. However, when I pay double book value, for a jeep, I kind of expect the to not have to add a few thousand more on top of it to make it drivable. Even if this was preventable, I still expect a dealership that prides themselves on customer service, to step if and offer some sort of help. Not tell me to kick rocks.

I purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 here back in August. I believe there was a known issue with the transmission in this truck that they attempted to cover up by overfilling the transmission fluid. Since purchasing the truck has been in the shop about 5 times, first for spark plugs that were original to the manufacturing of the truck and should have been replaced. The truck had metal in the transmission pan and the transmission filter was not connected. The fluid level in the transmission was way over the levels needed which can cause issues with the transmission.I would hope that the employees of this lot know this and aren't overfilling fluid levels to hide potential problems. I'm now staring down the barrel of an additional $3,000+ on a truck they seemed all too eager to get off their lot.If you're buying a car from this lot, bring a mechanic with you and be cautious.

In my opinion, the car/SUV/truck sales business in Tulsa and Broken Arrow is long overdue for a major overall starting with treating the customer with dignity and respect.I was in need of a car so I could visit my wife who was hospitalized with major health issues. I informed the Qualified Value Auto Sales car sales "professional" of this and together, he and I looked over various cars on the Quality Value car lot. I located one I liked, so he and I took it for a test drive. After we returned to the Quality Value car lot, I asked if he had the title for this particular car. He looked through his desk and was unable to locate the title. He said he would need to speak with his manager and would get back to me. A few days later I received a phone call and was asked to participate in a three way phone call with his manager. I made the call and asked the manager when he thought they would have a marketable title in hand. He said he should have the title within a week from DMV and that the title would have their Qualified Value Auto Sales listed as the owner. I asked to please have your salesman call me as soon as the title arrives. They said they would call me when they had the title. I waited and waited and there was no return phone call. So, one evening I went over to the Quality Value Auto Sales lot, looked around carefully and noticed the car was missing. I then called the next day and asked the salesman about the car. He said they had just sold it to a customer for cash. The hospital required me to be present so they could get my authorization for various procedures they wanted to perform on my wife. Quality Value Auto Sales actions left me in the lurch.

UPDATE 6/20 My title was sent 2/3 days ago, it expires today. I live in a different state you'd think I'd get it a lot quicker then a month, but oh yeah it has been broken down since 4 days after buying due to so many issues. They asked me today ,after calling to see when will I actually get a title, to remove my review that's a joke. honestly. . My cars intake was BROKEN OFF THE MOTOR "i wouldn't have known that ma'am" , you stated you serviced the vehicle? But couldn't see where y'all broke my car? and then turned sensors off? ID LOVE THE OWNER TO CALL ME VS JOHNAfter 2 horrible dealership experience (fletcher and McLartys) they went lower then ever. Having the intake to my motor completely broke off thankfully my car broke down after finding out after having to fix my catalytic converter (500$ later, that's a cheep part) legit a cast metal piece to my MOTOR. you legit put MY LIFE AND MY CHILDS LIFE AT RISK. The edit was because I had to call back because my car broke down after a complete blockage in my port 1 (bank 1) then port 2 of my catalytic converters (I have 3 banks) is almost completely clogged. I could fix a converter but really? THANKS FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICEEdit: when called back 4 days later after I had to take the car to a dealer To be told my catalytic converters was not working the was it was supposed to, I called to talk to them about it and after asking what the options were, I was told "we'll it's off the lot you test drove it bought as is" I completely understand that.. I wish I would have know they reset sensors before you buy"you said you work on cars you should have known" and argued with till the point Arguing was aggressive between both parties and I just hung up. I fix my cars personally and made my trade in car run, I'm no mechanic. The service was great until you noticed they reset sensors. Hopefully I still get my tag on time.

They sold me a 2006 Honda Civic with a cracked engine block. Nothing was disclosed about the defect, but there were plenty of aftermarket parts installed that helped hide the issue. Typical sold "as is" afterwards. Save yourself time and energy and look elsewhere. Trust is an important part of business relationships, and you can't trust Quality Value Auto Sales. Buy here only if you want to get burned.

These guys are hustlers and swindlers, most vehicles on the lot are simply put as polished turds. Mike reminds me of Danny Devito in Matilda, In that he knows there are issues but stands firm on bending you over on price. Would not recommend this lot by far

WARNING Please don't buy a vehicle from this used car dealership. We bought a car last year from them and two weeks later, the check engine light and the oil light came on. We thought the oil light was odd because we checked the oil level before we bought it (the oil was clean and the dipstick showed it was at the full mark). So we pulled over and checked the oil; it was a quart low. Oil was added and both lights went off in about 20 minutes. A few weeks later, it happened again. Two months after that, the car began misfiring, so we replaced the spark plugs, coils, and battery. A year later, and we're still adding oil every two weeks to a month and the coils and spark plugs need to be cleaned every couple of weeks to keep the vehicle working.I have spoken to three mechanics at three different car dealerships and each one believes the code was reset before we drove it.The car was purchased for close to $15k and the best we can get out of the car now is maybe $4k. My wife and I tried to appeal to their morals (exchange car for one of equal current value, exchange for vehicle more expensive and we will pay difference, or have them sell the vehicle in their lot contingently), but we discovered they have none. One of the salesmen we spoke with, Shawn, said they wouldn't have bought a car in this condition because they wouldn't want to have an "projects." He also said, "Well, it's a used car. You never know." The law requires dealerships to understand the condition of every vehicle they purchase for sale and convey any concerns of the vehicle to potential buyers. Please stay away.Buy from anyone else.

We bought a car here and it was the smoothest, easiest car purchase I've ever made. Zero pressure, very chill. Would not hesitate to come back next time I need a car.

Bought a car a month ago, he told how amazing and awesome this car is just needed a battery. Ok cool. They got us the battery. Drove off the lot and have had to sink so much money into it. Took it back because I still haven't been able to figure out what is wrong with it. John offered to "look" at which was a complete waste of time. This is absolutely the worst place to buy a car from. They don't care at all. I've bought used cars most of my life and have never had mechanical issues like this.
