My fiancé and I are visiting from New York and she has always wanted to visit a ceramic spot to personalize a dish. We had a blast working on our gingerbread dish! I'm obsessed with making cookies and now we finally have a dish to serve our guest.Shout out to Courtney! She was excellent! She was kind, patient and super helpful with personalizing our dish. Also, the price is great! I thought it was going to be super expensive but I was shocked by home cheap it was! If you want to have an amazing time, with top tier service ( seriously, Courtney is the best!) come to this location.

I will only go to the Peoria & 33rd location now. Today, Fathers Day, marks the 4th terrible interaction (of 5 total visits) I've had here in the last year. Unacceptable - the girls are beyond rude, b*tchy, and don't know meaning of Customer Service. Seems like the mere presence is a great inconvenience to them. Congrats, you've lost this customer, my whole family, my friends & all the future people & business I would've brought with me. To date, I've brought almost 100 ppl here with me. To the owner: if you care about retaining business here, they need to be fired immediately, especially the teenage girl in 80s Jean skirt & white shirt who worked today. Unbelievable.

This is a pretty cool painting studio. They had a large range of potteries to choose from. I found the prices very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter found the perfect unicorn to paint. I think it a great place to get away and bond.

I am highly upset I spoke to the owner Jeff Stankard today regarding a party I booked in October no one informed me it is a 15 guest minimum to book a party luckily I called today to tell them it will be 7 children Amy who works there told me it's 15 minimum for parties. No one told me that before and the party is in 2 days which I explained to Jeff and he basically told me I was lying I called in a few times before booking and no one mentioned that to me I even emailed him. This is poor customer service I was mislead and now I have to cancel find another place at the last minute to celebrate my daughter's birthday that is once a year. I wish it was a corporate office to complain to about this. It's also ridiculous to have 15 minimum during the corona virus outbreak when they are telling us not to have gatherings more than 10. I am definitely telling all my family, friends, and co workers about this I do not recommend this company for any birthdays, events, or outings.
