"Arkansas Coffee Shop" - Rick Elmore.Puritan Coffee Shop apparently converts into a cool brewery and wine drinking place at night, but we came here in the day time, on our way to FallToberFest in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas. We are just tourists from Hawaii checking out the scene in the really hot late Sept morning, stopping by to get an ice-cold Pumpkin Latte for $7.00 and get out of the sun for a while. Surprised at how lush, green, historic and pretty Fayetteville was as I had pre-conceived notions of Arkansas being dry and flat. Not this town! A perfect place to sit and sip coolness. I could only imagine how this place would be at night in a college town on a weekend??? Pretty wild, probably...or a best kept secret.

Great coffee and pastry stop. Very large inside with tons of seating. Would love to go back for wine and beer. Food truck in the parking lot for afternoon and evening visits. You must get a receipt to use their Wi-Fi. It is easy but you do need it.

I have SUCH fond memories of going to Puritan and enjoying a beer on the patio. It's undergone many renovations and changes over the years and upon my most recent visit, just didn't have the same charm that originally drew me to this spot. It has grown in size (understandably for the popularity), but I miss the dim light, intimate vibes this cafe had to offer. I ordered their grilled cheese for a snack. It was very very okay and felt like I could have made a better one at home for $8. I do still love the beers - the milk stout is my favorite!!

Posted up here for a few hours while my sisters went thrifting at the local shops. Not only was it a great place to work (good coffee and wifi) but it looks like such a fun place to hang out (they were starting Terminator/Schwarzenegger trivia night when I was leaving).

Cool atmosphere, good place to connect with people. Workers are even cooler, guy at the counter Jolly was really nice. He explained his Halloween costume and made the place feel very inviting. Will for sure be back

Coffee is fine and it's a cool place. The blaring music ruins it turn it the f down. Maybe they do it so people won't stick around? Avocado toast was 7.50 for a dinky one piece of bread with the thinnest layer of mashed avocado. Also their matcha comes presweetened so you can't get it unsweet which is a bummer. Everything was generally overpriced in my opinion. The trendy industrialist outdoorsy decor helps justify this I'm guessing because it's very busy.

Puritan is a fun coffee shop. Was disappointed they didn't offer pour overs but I'm totally okay with drip coffee. They were brewing Geometry by Onyx and it was a good cup o Joe. I wouldn't say it's super unique but it is solid. Had trouble connecting to WiFi but my wife and I enjoyed our couple of hours we were there for. Upstairs loft is nice but the couch could use a refresh! The playlist for the day was interesting. I heard the song A Thousand Miles at least 5 times which 5 times too much in my humble opinion.

Great Coffee, the Chocolate Croissant is heaven. Staff is welcoming. Nice atmosphere not too flashy but not dull either. They have swag for purchase. Overall a great place for students, locals, and area visitors alike. Will definitely be coming back

Puritan has a good atmosphere, is open later than most coffee places, and provides for some great interior/exterior work spaces. HOWEVER... at 4pm ( a poorly planned time of day) they forcibly have everybody on the food-truck side of the joint (the largest in square-footage) put away all laptops. This really is detrimental to their customers given the fact that most people are there to work... on their laptops. I'm totally down for providing a space that allows others to disconnect from the online culture, but it's not really achieved well here. It really is frustrating to have sat down to work for a few hours and then be told you have to move over to the other, smaller side of the building that almost inevitably is full or doesn't have enough power outlets for those remaining laptop users. Not toMention the 2-ish hour limit on their WiFi they enforce. Once again, this is understandable if given ways to incentivize not leaching off of a business's WiFi. That is not the case.I have also had a few negative experiences in regard to the interactions I've had with the upper-management. There seems to be an underlying culture of pretentiousness that is common in many coffee shops in the south. This place is no exception. I do write this with hesitance because I frequent the place often to do work. Also, leaving negative reviews places feels like a petty first-world-country issue. However, I enjoy the place and see a lot of potential, so I thought I'd give my 2¢.

Best coffee and beer in fayetteville!!Some reviews say it's noisy, but i've never had an issue. The music is always amazing and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they always have great beer recommendations. They've even got their own brews, which are ALWAYS amazing!!!
