Drawers faces that fall out

I made reservation online for a few days. I was allowed to check in early if i paid for a regular price standard room price ahd i could stay over til my reservation. My reservation check in was 3 pm and i arrived at 7am. I was given room 202 which says non smoking but come to find out is really a smoking room. Then it was like a movie. I touched a drawer it feel off well more lime 2 drawers, the couch went up on opposite side when i sat down, cabinets nailed close, some lamps worked, fridge was loud and froze everything even on lower temp, shower nozzle coming out of wall, then i wipe counter and white wash cloth was brown. Ugh. It was a nice sized room. At 11 i was getting phone calks witha girl arguing with me ihad to leave at 11 and come back at 3 um no i told her guy before ger said if i paid i stay til reservation. Then after talking to manager i was told my small child was included on reservation and thats usually extra $15 a night but lucky me they only charged me $10. And i got the next employee to agree and give me a different room that was really non smoking. The room was amazingly different with a nice tiled floor, doors on the whole bathroom area, light fixtures versus light bulbs, stainless steel mini fridge vs loud too cold one, sofa sleeper couch way better and cleaner than other one. What a difference. The rooms are a good size with ved area, bathroom area separate counter and bathing area, mini kitchen area counter, fridge microwave, desk and couch in living area. No wall separation. The lobby area is nice due to the inside plants, trees, light posts, sky window openings, cafe style tables, sound of trinckling water from pond by see thru elevator. No breakfast like advertised or coffee. I believe the place would be beautiful if there were a lil more care put in it. Checkout right at 11 and they will knock on door and call right at 11 for sure. "Presidential suites" name would probably be ok with president we have today but very insulting to others im sure. One employee, Nathan, was the most professional and did his job well. I appreciate the help and non argumentive customer service he provided.

They get one star simply because there isn't an option for "no" stars. The place is undesirable! Cobwebs (lots of them) dust, torn carpet, way outdated furnishings, missing parts to light fixtures, a few bugs in the room, burn holes in the blanket (in a no smoking room at that), smelled like smoke in a non/smoking room. Older TV with no remote, no soaps provided. Just not what I had pictures at all!Needless to say overpriced and nasty!

Housekeeping leaves MUCH to be desired... 1st room they gave us was disgusting, they did let us switch. But will not come here again.

This hotel could be nice if they invested in an all-around update. This hotel is what you'd expect from an inexpensive hotel: dated rooms that are worn with age. The front desk staff lost the information on my reservation and pre-payment. Luckily I booked through a T/A who quickly took care of everything, otherwise I might have had a bigger hassle. That said, the hotel is in a safe area of town, rooms are quiet and the staff I dealt with was friendly. No breakfast in the hotel but a good restaurant is 2 minutes' walk.

Worst motel in Tulsa! They charge too much for the crappy rooms and "free breakfast". There is no breakfast. Many people actually book a room with their budget based on that little extra alone, but they have no shame in their false advertising. The guy at the front desk told me that they hadn't had breakfast in several years, although every travel website lists it as part of the room rate AND their front desk answering system message says it as well! The worst part is that they charge you for having guests over to visit. Doesn't matter if you're from out of town.. forget about having visitors. I paid for two nights for my friends visit ($120+) and after the first night received a call from them that if I didn't get right down there and pay an extra $30, they had to be out by 8pm. Because my friends had guests in their room after 11. Even if this was a rule of the establishment, it's not posted anywhere, in any paperwork, or even verbally mentioned during check in. I had to threaten to have them investigated for them to back off. At least the owner's wife was somewhat reasonable. Also, because my boyfriend and I were there helping them get settled after check in, there were 'too many people in the suite' during that time and we were literally reprimanded for it.The guy actually yelled at us. I have never seen a more unprofessional, disgusting, and greedy business owner in Tulsa, EVER. I own a local Tulsa business myself and wouldn't dream of treating people the way we were treated. I am completely shocked. They should change the misleading name "Presidential Suites" to "Crappy Shack". I cannot believe this place is actually in business.

I hate that I have to give a star. The 'service' was horrible and I had to deal with an ugly woman who double charged me AFTER I booked a larger room and was told when I got there, it wasn't available. Then she fixed that and charged me for 2 puppies no heavier than 5 pounds. The interior is horrible, the plants are dying, our room had stains on the bathroom door by the toilet, paint chips in the tub, the fountain was face down on the ground that hadn't been cut in weeks, and the hooker and thugs that were standing in the doorway didn't help any. This used to be such a really decent establishment.
