First time in this establishment. Friendly service which was appreciated. Brought in mower blades for sharpening. Wow what a surprise when they handed my sharpened blades back to me in 5 minutes. I anticipated a couple of days. I was shaking my head all the way back to my house. Totally unexpected service level.

I had a major engine failure on my 4 year old Club Cadet LT 42" Mower. Jay Stout ( the owner) went far over and above to work with the engine manufacture rep to help resolve my major engine issue. I would strongly recommend Pregler ( and Jay) to everyone who is in the market for any lawn and garden equipment purchase or repair. Jay is extremely knowledgeable a pleasure to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a great outcome. P.S. I would NOT go to TULSA NEW HOLLAND . I was using New Holland for repairs and maintenance but they basically told me could not / would not provide any help with with my engine problem , but did charge me $100 to tell me that. )

They have had my riding mower for over a month and still have not repaired it- it just needs a belt replaced. I was told today they are now waiting on the belt. I asked on June 15 if I needed to supply the belt & was told no. I will find another repair shop for my Cub Cadet riding mower and would not recommend Pregler to anyone ever again. While doing without my mower I have had to pay someone twice to mow for me and have push mowed a few acres myself to get it done.

I got my mower back. The owner was very courteous and kind. Maybe he was just having a bad day. He was much more agreeable. They also picked my mower up and brought it back to me.
