Great breakfasts!! Enjoyed the food and had great service. Their lunch and dinners are great too! Highly recommend Poppy's.

This gem is worth getting off I-40 and travel few miles South on Hwy 6 for Breakfast-Lunch- Dinner!! Excellent food & homemade desserts, quality-friendly service, clean restaurant & facilities!! Our first visit, a gem to find with Small Business Owners taking pride in their food, variety, service with smiles and attentive to customer's needs!! Quality @ reasonable pricing, 5 Stars from my experience and definitely will return!! Kudos to these Owners No, lol, I'm not related, just a traveler passing through.

Nice place great service, I had the crispy chicken salad,the chicken was lightly hand bread and delicious and a lot of it. I would definitely go back and highly recommend if in the area.

Incredible breakfast. The omelet was huge and stuffed with meat. It was delicious. The pancakes were outrageously thick - maybe close to 2 inches - and divine. The hash browns were also very good. Biscuits and gravy were fair. The staff was friendly. The main criticism I have is that none of the staff wore masks. At the height of COVID with lots of folks very sick, this makes many guests uncomfortable and not want to come back...although they won't say anything at the time...because they don't want to make the staff uncomfortable. Otherwise, a solid restaurant!

Great spot for a quick lunch on our way across country. This is slightly off of the interstate, but very worth the extra (about 7) miles. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.

Smoked chicken thighs and fried catfish special was amazing! Staff was extremely nice and kept checking to see if you needed anything else. A must stop and eat if you're in the area. We'll be back!

The service was excellent. All of our special requests were honored with a smile. They kept the coffee and water at our table full. I ordered steak and eggs, steak medium-rare and eggs over medium. Both were cooked perfectly. We ordered the baby's egg the same, but put in a bowl to make feeding him easier. Came out exactly as requested. The bacon ordered by another member of our party was so good we ordered more. The decor was cute. And the drinks were served in jelly jars adding to the cuteness.

Do yourself a huge favor. Get off 40 and come here to eat.The food here is way under-priced. But don't tell them that! It is made from scratch and the flavor would be competitive with the best restaurants. The food is bright and fresh.

This place is worth the slight detour. It's spotless clean, they have great crunchy ice and the food is some of the best we've had on our trip.Extra large lot with plenty of parking for larger vehicles.10 star meal for us!!

This was a great stop! ALL the food is great and the staff is great! This is a happy place and so was my stomach when I left!
