I would look elsewhere for services. I took my citizen watch for repair. I was quoted a price, and told 1-2 weeks. Two months later and twice the quoted price, I finally got it back. One week later the pins in the band broke. I gave him one more chance ( bad idea) and now it no longer keeps time. I will never go back. Buyer beware. He is shady.

I took in my antique wedding ring in to have it repaired. I was told that the "basket" part of the ring needed to be replaced. I didnt think that was the case but I caved and let them do it. When I received my ring back my stone looked different. I was told it was just because it was clean. One week later my 1ct. diamond fell out and was lost. I contacted Plum Gold about it but they told me it wasnt their fault, but they kindly offered to sell me a very expensive new diamond.

I came in to Plum Jewelers for a new halo/vintage setting for my wedding ring and Randy had exactly what I wanted and for a great price. It was important to me to keep all the original components of my current ring and make it work with the new setting. He took the solitaire diamond off my diamond band and put it in the new setting and replaced the area where my prong setting was on my band with a diamond. He said it would be done in a week and he had it done within 3 days! So now I have my original diamond band with my solitaire in the new setting which makes me extremely happy. The ring and the diamond band is just stunning and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Randy for everything! I appreciate you!

I had some repair work done here, and when I dropped it off, the older guy who took my information was rude and short with me. When I went to pick it up, he was a total @$$. It wasn't ready yet, and all he had to do was say that the repair shop was not at the store, it would be delivered later, and apologize for any inconvenience. But no, he was short, abrupt, rudely said he told me to wait until the end of the day, turned his back to me, and essentially dismissed me. When I went to pick it up later that day, he charged me more than his initial quote, and the soldering wasn't lined up properly. I was furious. I will never ever go here again, and I only left one star because zero isn't an option. Do not do business with this man. It's worth the drive to Tulsa to find someone with better manners.
