I wish I could leave no stars! This place was absolutely ridiculous. The ladies working the front desk were incredibly rude. They kept wanting to say things to our students when they were not bothering anyone. I do not recommend going to this place or giving them any business.

Our group had a bowling tournament there this past Saturday. We used 14 lanes. They were great and very helpful.

I thought the staff and place was inexpensive and a good place to go to get out the house. Plus;there's a bar so makes bowling more fun. The only complaint I had was customers literally kept coming up to us asking can they have some of our beer. It was Valentine's Day so I felt that was odd. We had no idea who these people were.

We enjoy going to Cosmic Bowl on Friday nights with friends. The lights are low, disco lights abound, and SOMETIMES fun music is playing.. They really need to update the musical selection most of the time. The cost is $10 for shoes and bowling from 10:30 pm to 12:30am.They offer food but we have never tried it.... The fries smell great though!It gets busy so I recommend calling and reserving lanes if you are planning to attend.

Great lanes, amazing staff and always a good time. The pro shop staff is knowledgeable and will assist any level of bowler. Whether you're a recreational bowler just starting out or a seasoned league bowler this is a great place to grow your game.

BEWARE !!!! If you decide to work here, don't. The manager won't tell you when your training day are. There is no paper schedule, your " schedule " when the manager decides that you work. Flat out refuses to tell you your hours. When they release you, they won't pay you. Water heater busted, Owner refuses to fix it. management is terrible. Machines break down or malfunction. Ceiling is falling through and missing pieces. The place has never been "deep" cleaned. Toilet seals leak. Two televisions do not work. Floors are never mopped. Oil machine breaks and leaks. Manager fires individuals while training. Their " trainer " is a coworker that has 6 months experience. No appliances are taken apart and cleaned. Ice container is uncovered and never cleaned out. Grill is never cleaned. Front desk is broken & cluttered. Floor is barely vacuumed. No prevention to protect workers against sick bowlers. No gloves are used ever. This place will literally make you sick. They sweep food under pedestals.

The staff was rude. Bartenders were rude. I asked for bumpers and they told me no and laughed, valid response but come on man.. just give me the bumpers. why y'all always hatin'

They fixed the parking lot but they should have spent the money to fix their pinsetters. It's sad that every league game we come to you have to wait for multiple fixes on your lanes to bowl, and the ball return does no favors for your balls. Get ready for a fun time waiting for your balls and your pins.

Wish I could find multiple platforms to review this place. It was horrible. Well the lady that rendered service was horrible. I took my niece and 3 of her friends bowling after school (age 7). When we walked up to the desk we weren't greeted. Then as I was deciding on a bowling package she walked off. Didn't say "hold on", "I'll be right back". She just walked off. She came back "fake polite". I picked the hr package (only because I didn't want to disappoint the kids who were excited to bowl). She asked for shoe sizes in the worst manner and seemed to be annoyed when the girls didn't know their shoe size (which sometimes kids don't know). She rudely told them to "take your shoes off and give them to me". Again everything in me wanted to leave but again, the kids wanted to bowl. I did get a little justice when ALL the shoes were too small and she had to make another (4 step trip) to get different sizes. (Small victory). While we were bowling a ball hit the bumper and it fell down. I went to get assistance and she seemed bothered to help. Long story short she was horrible and probably shouldn't be working with customers with that nasty disposition.
