I visited this place several times over the years and noticed it was going down in service and quality a couple years ago. Today I gave it one more chance to get a fresh salad from the bar. Not only is the place completely deserted inside, I only saw one other customer at lunch, the salad bar was absolutely horrible. The lettuce was all wilted, the chicken that I got tasted very old and stale, and many of the previous salad bar items are now gone. Their pizza counter used to serve several fresh items and now they're only serving pizza the rest of the grill is closed down. The man that was working at the pizza counter checked me out for my salad and never said one word to me. If this place isn't about to close down, it will be soon. Again, I've given it several chances and it keeps going downhill on each visit.

Who would of thought such an awesome little market existed in a gas station. I've been meaning to check out this gas station for a while now and finally went after a doctors appointment in the same building. They have a deli (hot and cold foods), salad bar, an assortment of snacks, food and drinks. There is a seating area as well to sit and enjoy your food. They have some higher end food you wouldn't normally find in a gas station. One of my favorites is Berry Natural's organic, cold pressed juices. This definitely is the best gas station I've been in. I wish all road trip pit stops were like this! Parking is a little busy, but I've always been able to find a spot. It is in the same building as a doctors office, bank, nail salon, etc. There are designated spots for each place, but the gas station has parking in front of it as well.

When this deli and gas station opened years ago as White Oak, it was like a New York deli & grocer. Lots of unique and delicious fresh options. I had not been here for quite some time except to buy gas. I was told that they have the best Reuben sandwich in Northwest Arkansas. I stopped in and the interior looked dark and not quite open for business. The hot food area was so dark and empty that I thought it was closed - and this was just after lunch time- around one. When I asked an associate, she yelled a gentleman's name and he came slowly wandering out of the back kitchen. I asked for a Reuben sandwich and he did not speak to me or acknowledge me and acted like my order was imposing on him. He moved slower than any human that I have ever seen in the food or restaurant business - he ambled slowly around to find the ingredients. I need to mention that he was helping absolutely no one but me at this time - lucky me.At last he finished the sandwich, wrapped it up and dropped it in front of me on the counter. I picked it up and walked to the register to pay. I did mention to the blonde associate that the sandwich gentleman was unfriendly and unmotivated - she apologized. Having said that, when I did try to open the sandwich there was so much liquid pouring out of it that I had a hard time opening the wrapping. The bread was a little soggy from the kraut juice but the sandwich itself was quite delicious - I would give it a four. Minus the soggy bread, it was the best Reuben that I've had in this area and the surrounding states.I would give customer service from the sandwich guy a 1 - only because he made the sandwich. This shop does have a wide selection of beverages and food items that you can't find at other restaurants or gas stations. They have a fresh salad bar which is very good, a gelato case and fresh made sandwiches.I hope they can motivate the sandwich guy. The ingredients and flavor of the Ruben was delicious.

While it's primary function is as a corner gas station, Pinnacle is also the local headquarters for all the higher-end foods for the Northwest Arkansas area. Massive selection of hard to find items and deliciously prepared food. Amazing looking pizza, fresh gelato, all the accessories to make a true Chicago hot dog, a salad bar that has more than just iceberg lettuce, an olive bar, a large selection of unusual and unique sodas. Amazing!

Odd place: gas station, a bar, and great food all in one...not your typical "gas station" it's my favorite place to grab a fresh made sandwich. They use boars head deli meats, food is fresh, staff is friendly. If you don't feel like grabbing a sandwich, they have fabulous soups, salads, and gelato!! If you ever need to pick up some quick items (water, snacks, beer) there market has a GREAT variety

OMG! What a great spot. I've now been there twice. I've had a fresh made sandwich using some great Boar's Head meats and then today I hit the salad bar. Both were wonderful and a nice change from the chain resturants in the area. The salad bar's offerings were fresh and looks like they freshen it up often. No wilty lettuce! They also have free wi-fi.

A hidden treasure, pretty much my favorite spot near Bentonville. Great salads, great wine, vodka, fresh food, soup. Pizza was a bit heavy, but everything else I have ever had was terrific. This place gets extra points because it is a gas stations ! A real gem.

I have visited many times in the last few weeks for lunch and have always been pleased with the food. The service is as best as it can be-its just a busy place at lunch so standing in line to order or check out gets old. This week I went for the prepared food and had fried catfish and alfredo riti, both were very good. And of course I topped it off with some gellato. Always.
