The interior design is adorable, very chic and girly overall amazing designs. The cup cake was very good nice flavor and equally balanced not too sweet and very moist but I will say it's $4 for a single cupcake that isn't too big in size. I wish they hadn't downsized the cupcakes but I get it sometimes you need to in order to make a profit. I didn't try any of the candy but it seems they have a large selection. Will be a returning customer.

Who doesn't love a good cupcake? We discovered Pinkitzel soon after moving to OKC in 2008 and since then they've expanded to three locations across the city. If Willy Wonka had a store this would be it. From the decor to the wide assortment of candy, to ice cream and of course, selection of cupcakes; you'll fall in love with this place. I can never stop by for just one cupcake and I'm sure you won't be able to resist either.

Such a cute ice cream/candy shop. It was fun to stop in & see one time but due to the prices being outrageous in my opinion, we didn't spend any money. The candy isn't different from the candy you can purchase at most other stories. As long as you don't mind spending a good amount of $ on sugar it's a great shop.

While in town for a OKC Thunder game, I glanced across the street from my hotel and saw Pinkitzel. Curious, I strolled over to take a look and went inside. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a voice in the distance somewhere. Candy and sweets as far as the eye can see. Neatly arranged, and as the name of the establishment suggests, a lot of pink. Very aesthetic display of treats, and a very clean establishment. The fam and I browsed for a while at a lot of candies. The wife and kiddos opted for a cupcake and I went for the salt water taffy. Their selection of salt water taffy had a variety of flavors I'd not seen before, so I was wanting to try them all. I got me a bag and got a bunch of different flavors. We paid for our candy, and were out the door. I went back to my hotel and immediately tried my taffy. My favorite was the cherry cola and pear flavored. I did notice the taffy was not very fresh, and all of the wrappers were sticky. I had higher hopes, but they were just okay. I was expecting a better quality for the price paid. My fam said the cupcakes were good, and they were happy with their other candy selections. I did think they were a little high on prices. I get they are not a chain, but they were a little pricey. Also, for the price paid for the taffy, I expected better quality. This to me was a cool "one and done" visit. Check it out if you have a sweet tooth.

Pinkitzel is the absolute best cupcake, ice cream, and candy store I have ever seen. The cupcakes are so fresh and so delicious. They have the perfect cake/icing ratio, and some of them even have fresh fruit inside of them.The candy takes you back to your childhood. Not only do you have so many options to choose from, but you will even notice some of the old school candies available as well. You can have your cake and ice cream all in one stop. Get a cupcake and go to the ice cream section and have a scoop of ice cream, too! This truly is a fun outing for the entire family. Looking for a great party venue, they have that too!

Fantastic cup cakes.Second place I have ever given 5 stats for cupcakes. First being Confections of a Rock Star. Yes I eat cupcakes everywhere i go.The cupcakes are moist and show a clear sign of freshness (not like Georgetown cupcakes). The frosting for.both cream cheese and butter cream was done beautifully. The interior decor alone is exciting and an overload of visual appeal that makes it so much fun.My only regret was not getting more. The cupcakes didn't look any different from a cup cake shop but the taste is where this palace stands apart.I regret not coming here the last time I was in Bricktown.

The cupcake is amazing for the peanut butter. The flavor and frosting are impeccable and not too sweet and peanut butter not over done. It's smaller for the price but taste is worth it. Service on the other hand was just below par. Wasn't greeted. Wasn't even acknowledge took me a bit for them to take my order when I was only one there to order and was rather talking to coworker then take my order. The store interiors is gorgeous and is a girly girls dream come true. It's just a great set up and ice cream lounge is beautiful. Desserts are amazing and can't go wrong, but service ruined the experience a bit.

Sooooooo cute and aesthetic and the red velvet macaron is divineeeeee.... The two lady's that were working were so nice and so sweet too!!

The food here was atrocious. The cupcakes were overpriced, dried out, and not worth their money. The ice cream was good, hard to mess that up. But the shakes were one of the worst this I've had, I didn't even know you could make one so bad. Macaroons are a hit or miss, some are good some are bad. Don't trust any of the candies in the containers unless you want to eat rocks.The service was ok. They did their job, but didn't go above and beyond. Ambiance was fine, tacky if anything. If I was 5 and didn't have a budget, this place would be magical

We brought our kiddos in last night for the first time, there were lots of ooohs and ahhhs!! The moment we walked in we were greeted by a smiling face even though she was working solo and slammed, Charlotte managed to tend to everybody promptly and was very informative about everything. Charlotte was very patient with all the kiddos who were on a sugar high and wanted to touch everything. Customer service seems to be gone these days but Charlotte gives me hope! We drove in from Edmond and even though we have one around here, I will still drive to OKC because I know there's a friendly and patient person working. Thank you Charlotte!
