Pho Than

50 minutes of waiting and no food yet. It took 20 to get water. I'll update you here in a few. So far, it's unorganized and people are getting the wrong food and people are getting their food out of order. People are being turned away also.Update: our food came only after I went and talked to the manager or owner and let her know that we have been waiting for 50 minutes and have not received our food... And others had received their food and left already and those people had come in after us. The food itself is great. I don't have anything bad to say about my beef pho. My wife had chicken pho, and while it tasted good, it did not have but maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken in it. We didn't have any table service for some reason. We weren't asked how everything was. We weren't asked if we wanted more water or a refill. We had to ask for a highchair for our son. The highchair we received was black and filthy. Overall, everything is very disorganized and they need more wait staff, and they need to keep the orders straight, somehow. When I went up to pay, without any kind of a bill or ticket with me, the person at cash register asked if they could help me and did not know where my bill was.There also is only one restroom and that restroom does not have a changing table for a child. There are also only large cups for drinks and not any small cups for children. It's also noteworthy that they only have the one highchair for the whole restaurant.The food itself is great. The service is slow and disorganized, but we will give them another try later on. They just opened this past Monday. It is noteworthy to say that this place has been supposed to open for about a month and a half half and so there's been plenty of time for preparation and to get all of this straightened out and that was not obviously done.

Delicious food! Sooooo yummy! service was very quick! I got the chicken pho and my husband got the pork pho and we both loved our meals! The spring rolls and boba were good too!

WOW!! I walked into Pho Than last night and ordered vegetarian Pho to go. I waited 10 minutes for my food (that's quick) and was out the door. It was piping hot!! The place was clean and neat. The proprietors were friendly and prompt. I took the Pho home and served it up. It was delicious and wifey LOVED IT!! Pho Than will be on our go-to list from now on!! DELICIOUS!!

Been here twice, sat down, waited, got our own menu, waited, never saw a soul, and left. Second time there was a kid sprawled on a bench but he was transfixed by his phone.

First impression: Clean, fast and friendly service. The food came out quickly and HOT. Very fresh and tasty. Even with some order modifications everything came out correctly. We all enjoyed our dinner. Will return soon!

Horrible pho. I'd rather eat Costco microwave pho. I almost threw up after eating it. Never knew a restaurant can mess up pho so badly. They also changed my tip and overcharged me. When I called, they refused to admit it and would not give a refund. Go anywhere else. If another pho restaurant opened next door and charged 2x as much, they'd prob win.

Just ok.., nothing special. Too expensive. Overpriced garbage. Bug in soup!! Service was ok. Interior was ok. Floors need improvement. It's not an attractive restaurant especially for the price of meals. One try and won't be back.

Service was quick and friendly, had drinks and menus right when we sat down. Main food was out in less than 10 minutes and it was a huge serving with great flavor. Atmosphere was unique! Will go again.

Starting out, we were excited to try this new restaurant. Upon arriving we noticed several things:1. One of the waiters looked dingy and unkempt. 2. They had a child running around the kitchen barefooted.3. They had a dog in the kitchen we noticed later.4. After about halfway done with our meal, family and I started noticing bugs( beetles, roaches) in our rice and soup. GROSS.After we found the bugs, we stood up and left. The owner came out and started cussing and yelling at us demanding we pay. Told him, we dont serve bugs to patrons here in America. Not acceptable here in the states. Owner proceeded to call the police. I too called the police. Police said they wouldn't have paid for it either. Bwahaha!I would never recommend this shit hole of a diner to anyone. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!Unless you like buggies in your belly.

This is my new favorite place! The food was very tasty and authentic! Quick and friendly service. We received our food fresh and hot!
