I was lured in by the great reviews. We anticipated that "Pho" being the first name of the biz that it should have some legit VT food. It does NOT. My friend got the pho and I got the bun (vermicelli bowl). We shared a VT spring roll appetizer that was the best part of the meal, yet it fell short. His pho had a funky tasting broth and low quality tough meat. The little plate of greens/bean sprouts looked ok. My grilled pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll was a total flop due to the "pork", which was some kind of flattened out breaded white meat about 1/4 inch thick and sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips. When I saw it I immediately said hey I didn't order chicken! She had to go back to the back took five minutes and come back and said oh no that's pork. I have never seen what is supposed to be chargrilled pork chunks served on a vermicelli bowl in a Vietnamese restaurant look like that. It was dry and flavorless. The fish sauce I had to ask for and took another five minutes to come out, tasted like water, no flavor at all. Very disappointed. The several remarks we made about how we were not happy with the food were literally laughed at by the idiot woman waiting on us, she literally thought it was funny.

Such an underrated spot! The pho here is always perfect. Broth is not oily, but very full-bodied and flavorful. The portions are large. My whole family loves this place and any time I've brought folks here, they agree that it's great. We also love the potstickers and seaweed salad. I appreciate non-pork gyoza options, and this is one of the few places in town that offer them!Service is fast and friendly. They are always so kind and accommodating, especially with my kiddo. It feels pretty dicey, but don't let that keep you from coming in. It's a regular spot for my family!

I was skeptical about Pho & Japanese Sushi but it was actually pretty good. I loved the sashimi salad. This was the best sashimi salad in Tulsa area. The amount sashimi in the salad was abundant that I wished for more salad. The dressing was great, but for an $18 salad, the portion size was rather small. They could have given me more to make it worth the money. The tonkotsu kuro was delicious as well. I LOVED the pork bellies at Pho & Japanese Sushi, the BEST. They were charred on the surface and fatty on the inside. This was possible because the pork belly slices were THICK. The broth of their ramen could have been more flavorful. On this visit, the broth was a little light, definitely not the best to me. I looked through some pictures of their "pho" and decided not to try. I don't usually recommend before trying but from pictures alone, I would get the "pho" out instead. The restaurant is small and really not that fancy inside. The prices are very reasonable though. I would definitely come back for ramen because it was fairly cheap with delicious pork bellies and decent broth. The restaurant would need a little more work for me to yield the last star.

Met 2 ORU students here for lunch. It's just a small place but that's fine with me. It's easy to find. There are 3 dishes I try if they are on the menu at restaurants. 1. Fried Chicken, 2. Biscuits & Gravy, and 3. Tonkotsu Ramen. Obviously, they didn't have the first 2, but they did have Tonkotsu Black Bean Garlic Ramen. So I ordered it. And WOW it did not disappoint. The broth was creamy but not too harsh. I've had some ramen at other restaurants that was so rich I couldn't finish it. But here the ramen was very balanced. I never got tired of it while I was eating. IYKYK. And the chashu pork was killer. Maybe the best I've had in Tulsa. It not the best it's in the top 3 full stop. I also had fried egg rolls and they were good also. I like them fried in wonton wrappers better than the thicker wrappers. I don't know the verbiage for that so I'll just leave it alone. But the filling and fish sauce was great. I fully recommend this place.

This is our go to spot for pho in Tulsa. The service is always great and so is the pho. #2 please with extra Thai basil. Their spring rolls are also really good, too. We want to try their bun, but my son and I can't seem to stray from the delicious pho. 10/10!

This place is decent. Clearly ran by a family that were all super nice. Pho was really good. Miso wasn't warm enough and had a lot of onions and not worth $3.50 but it was a super cold day. The restaurant wasn't really warm either but the pho was piping hot! Fire Dragon roll was my favorite with lots of crab on top. The sunset roll and crazy boy were pretty good just nothing over the top amazing.

This is my favorite in Tulsa for Pho! The customer service here is unmatched. Their spring rolls aren't my favorite due to them using shredded lettuce instead of romaine lettuce BUT everything else is amazing.
