Was so happy my handy dandy Yelp app helped my find this place. I was on a mission to win big at my in-laws Christmas gift. Last year I got my FIL a cool phone case... moments later the phone barely dropped and shattered. I also got him some light-up shoes... which stopped working 4 minutes after turned on for the first time.Lesson learned. No more risky gifts. My in-laws go by PARD and Mammy. A scarf embroidered for mammy will do just the trick for holly jolly-ness and I got a paid of fabric shoes for a PARD embroidery job - even though it wasn't able to be done, they still tried! Pumped to have a low-risk/unbreakable Christmas.

I've been using them for years. They are my "go to" place for customized graduation & baby gifts. They do beautiful work. I've ordered so often, I can usually just phone in my order and pick it up once it's ready!

I am so disappointed to have to write this review but I have given lots of chances and have to let people know. The work they do is great. Everything we have had done looks fantastic. BUT the attention to detail and customer service is terrible. From forgetting our order, to almost putting a wrong company's info on the shirts we brought in, to using the wrong color thread, to ordering the wrong jackets twice. And only one time has there been an apology. In fact, she treats me like the mistakes were my fault. Every time I think, "This time will be different. It's just Murphy's law." But after this last mistake and being treated like it is my fault, I will have to go elsewhere. Even when I tried to politely voice my frustration her response was, I can email you the logo, it's yours. Wow. Glad I'm a valued customer.

Their work is good and they got it out fast, but unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star review. The lady at the counter was never wearing a mask. That is so reckless in the middle of a pandemic. They're putting all of their customers in danger and it's a city mandate to wear one until January. Very disappointed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not take your items here to be embroidered. I started in mid-October for a Christmas project. They had the actual garment and logo for 7 weeks. Every week when I went in person to check, Linda said "Yes, it will be done this week," including the week before Christmas when I was rudely told "We'll call when it's ready" (i.e. don't call us). I was finally told on the day before Christmas by a coworker that Linda, the person who does digitized logos, wasn't even working that day, and, therefore, I would not receive my items before Christmas. I read the reviews before I went here and saw that there was this behavior a couple years ago. But recent reviews looked promising, so I decided to trust it. This was very unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible behavior. At the very least, a week before Christmas, she should've known she wasn't going to get it done instead of lying to my face. To top it off, Linda didn't have the guts to tell me herself and went on vacation so her coworker had to tell me.
