I did my research before arrival to the island on where to go for good eats. And Peppers was on the list. It was a bit of a walk from my hotel (30mins) but weather was good and I had on comfy shoes so why not?I went for late lunch. Not crowded when I arrived but eventually more people showed up.My order for whole steam fish took around 20 to 30mins to come because that's how long it takes to make it.I was surprised at how much okra was in the dish. Good thing I love okra so I ate it right up.My side was rice and beans which honestly a bit dry so I didn't really touch it.The fish was well seasoned and it was huge. I mean if you aren't into fish, first don't get this, or if you aren't fully ready to eat a whole fish then get this to share. It was my main, I didn't get any apps or dessert so I just concentrated on finishing the fish. It was excellent.

You really can't go wrong with ordering anything from this restaurant. During our trip, stopped by here for meals at least twice. Jerk Chicken - Must order but be aware that portion sizes are large! I ordered the smallest portion and it was still a really big size. Tip: Corn on the cob side is SO GOOD! Fried Red Snapper: MUST ORDER if you like fried fish. It came with pickled onions which made for a great sauce on top of the fish.Loaded cheese fries with jerk chicken - great snack/ compliment to your meal! Service could have been just a little bit faster but overall really great restaurant w/ awesome food! I can understand why this was highly recommended once we came onto the island.

WOW WOW WOW what can I say about this great restaurant. If you are looking for the amazing RIBS this is the place to be!! I never knew I could think of their ribs 24/7.This restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining. The staff are friendly and took my food allergies seriously. Do not be surprised if you see turkeys just wandering around too. For their drinks we had their mudslides and mojitos. The mojitos were tasty but the mudslide were not my cup of tea. But 100% Recommend their RIBS!!!! and their burgers

Recommended by our taxi driver-- and certainly didn't disappoint! My friend and I enjoyed finger licking good ribs, burger and Rasta pasta with shrimp. They also have a nice selection of drinks-- we went for the mojitos!Service was a bit crazy for Sat, but that's what i thought might happen. We were in no hurry. It was nice they didn't rush us out.Great spot with both indoor and outdoor sitting. We were at a high top table. Looks like they do live music too!I'll definitely come back for them ribs!!Ps. You might have the pleasure of having a rooster join you!

4.25 stars and rounded up. Food 5.25/5. Ambiance 4 - rounding up for the terrific live music. Service 3.5 very friendly but overall a bit slower, it was also a pretty busy night when we were there on a Thursday evening. It doesn't look as large from the outside but with interior and outdoor areas, this restaurant can easily sit over 100-120 people. We sat outside in a covered booth and listened to local musicians cover both classics and funky grooves. YEAAHS. The food was spectacular and I can see why people recommended this place. We didn't eat one item that wasn't delicious. It was hard to decide what was my favorite! - conch fritters $10.00 KYD: good stuff--a nice crispy fry out the outside, and pillowy interior with small pieces of conch. - 1/2 Jerk chicken $16.50 KYD: prob the least stand -out item but only bc the other items knocked our socks off. The chicken was moist, flavorful - checked all the boxes of what an ideal jerk chicken should be. - 1/2 rack of famous bbq ribs with a side of sweet fried plantains $16.00 KYD: lip-smacking medium-sauced bbq ribs. Meat-eaters rejoice. The sweet plantains rocked too. - braised oxtail with a side of tostones $15.00 KYD: sorry that this place is so far away...one of the best plates of braised oxtail I've ever eaten. They done right by this dish!! - whole fried fish escoveitch with a side of callaloo rice $30.00 KYD: possibly the best dish of the night and our entire trip to Grand Cayman. Am I talking it up too much? Maybe. All I can say is it was mighty delicious. The spicy pickled onions and dipping sauce/brine(?) were yum yum yum with the fried fish. Would gladly come back to eat this. Our party also ordered a couple drinks though I didn't try them. Sounded pretty good.

This was my first time in Cayman and I had to find a Jamaican restaurant of course! The people were friendly and very welcoming! I started off with the conch fritters and with the sauce it was great! I had about 4 pieces before I tapped out! I ordered the local beer which I believe was the White Tip then jerk pork and plantains. Now the jerk pork wasn't giving the smokey jerk I'm used to, but it was decent. The pepper sauce wasn't that hot either, I basically drenched my jerk pork to give it a bit more flavor. The portion size was very big and if you're hungry you'll be absolutely satisfied!! I came for dinner so they had a little music playing, but then once the sun was about to set the band started playing music. It was a great weather and great vibes! I absolutely recommend it you're in the area or visiting!

Food was okay. Ordered the jerk chicken, jerk pork, and oxtails. I was expecting the jerk chicken to be better. Some of the chicken was cold. Festival was good.

First time back to this charming, casual jerk and barbecue restaurant since the pandemic. Farah, our waitress was very pleasant, and gave some really good menu advice. We took advantage of the happy hour and started out with wine, a mixed drink, and some Iron Shore bock beer. We split an order of very good fried calamari. The jerk barbecue chicken was good but the pork products stole the show. The best thing on the menu is probably the jerk pork. The jerk barbecue ribs are also excellent. The sides of rice with peas, coleslaw, and callaloo were all excellent. Price is very reasonable for Grand Cayman. There were a lot of Caymanians interspersed with the tourists. Happy to put this place back in our rotation.
