Pepper Express

Pepper Express is a legend in downtown Bixby it's a nice family owned business. Let me tell you they know how to make their food. You can get a small, medium which comes with a egg roll , or large. I recommend their lo mein over there nice but both is good. The wait time on the food is 5-10 minutes. Refills cost $0.25. My last visit was last night during the green corn festival and I got the usual which is Spicy sesame chicken with lo mein and I got a medium so I got an egg roll. It took 6 minutes to get my food and when it arrived I notice it was different then last time they didn't stack the chicken on top of the lo mein like they used to. So when I went to taste it was different still good though. It wasn't as spicy as normal but it was still good. The lo mein tasted great as well as the egg roll. I also notice that the owner isn't working there anymore so that might be why it is different. All in all I recommend this place for all you Chinese food lovers for it has a big variety. This place also has a drive thru which is handy.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. My sister thinks it's the best Chinese food in Bixby. It wasn't bad. I got the bourbon chicken thinking it would be sweet like at the mall and it was not sweet at all. It was closer to the salty side. Wouldn't get it again. We also got the sesame chicken which was really good! I'd get that again. I do like that their fried rice has no veggies in it. Which is probably an unpopular opinion. I'm just picky on the veggies I like and most places choose veggies I do not like. The building is a hole in the wall with a gnarly wasps nest with a ton of wasps almost right next to the drive thru window hahah but it's worth trying!

Great food and always quick service service! my go to for chinese if i am near downtown bixby, the sesame chicken is my favorite!

Cute little drive through place. The food was fresh and delicious. It looks like there used to be an option to dine in. I will definitely return

I don't know what the rave is about this place? Food was so bland. Chicken was spongy. Rice was bright yellow?!

Called ahead and ordered my food and was told let's say total was $ 5.00 after tax after I get my food and pay I look at the receipt and was charged $5.90 the .90 says service charge. Really service charge? I guess they make you pay extra for bad service.

Always great food at a reasonable price. It's very convenient to order, drive through, and take home a tasty meal.

The food is very basic and at a reasonable price. I eat there almost every day. There is an obvious effort to get the food ready quickly. I am usually asked to park in the back so that they can bring it out to me after they take the time to get it ready. It is always just a little bit too hot to eat, just like I like it.

Looks like a run down drive through but the best oriental food in downtown Bixby. Great service
